  1. $117 million... I'm pretty sure any of the oligarchs could have covered that. I think the US racks up that much interest debt in an hour or so.

  2.  @TruckTaxiMoveIt  The Russian central bank has just as much power to print currency as the US does. What it doesn't have is the economic power to do so without inflationary effects.
