People being seen by mental health professionals for gender dysphoria are much more likely to be evaluated for autism than the general population or even others being screened for other conditions (depression etc.). As someone who has worked with many TG people non-clinically, there is no correlation, it occurs across all ranges of personality and physiological and socioculture. This is following down the insulting theory that transgenderism is still "Gender Identity Disorder" a disease or defect instead of a legitimate state of being.
