That isn't what he meant. Maybe. Besides sexual assault is usually a crime of impulse and opportunity.

@ferio8019 blurted; "almost absolutely no company make their own stuff because everybody just buy stuff form xxxxxxx" Well that is wrong. Even when companies sub-contract out, they usually at least have some knowledge of and quality control over the product. Your average Toober like Peterson has none of that, and is completely clueless. That is why you get fun things and scams like the Kamikoto fake knives. All you are doing is demonstrating that you don't know what you are writing about. You must have YT channel.

Except no because he's been asked/told to resign by the GOP.
6
@ferio8019 Because he (Donaldson) was probably approached by VDC and pitched the sponorship. Very few celeb product brands are actually owned by the celeb, much less physically owning the means of production. They are literally just a sticker that gets slapped on the product.

As opposed to all the ambulance chasers who file frivolous shake downs on the behalf of idiots?
4
Your AI artist is creepy good.
3
@bielgaucho_real Meh. Chik-fil-A blows them out of the water. Both in consistency and overall quality. When you set the bar low enough (just don't kill anyone!) consistent mediocrity isn't hard to achieve.
2
There is something very "Idiocracy" about this whole thing...
2
Except for every case like this, there are hundreds, even thousands, of examples of cop's risking not only their careers and doughnut breaks, but their lives in going above and beyond to protect people and stopping criminals
2
How to get automatically sued with no saving-throw allowed. @9:30 "You can't copywrite game rules..." Summons Patent Lawyer daemon to conjure a "utility patient".
2
@milhousevanhoutan9235 That isn't what fascism means. Plenty of coups have been thrown by _ insert an -ism here _.
2
@tigerofdoom A lot of people are unreasonable these days.
2
There is probably a healthy percentage of Members of Congress that could be prosecuted for the same offenses. Just sayin'.

The animation looks worse than Shrek. The 20 year old one.
1
Its a karmic moment...
1
@Dayvit78 lol. There is an entire legal industry around personal injury and product liability. So ... lol. Just lol.
1
@andyghkfilm2287 That is factually untrue. What is an order of magnitude more of is frivolous and predatory filings by the unwashed masses and not by billionaires. Both by percentage and sheer numbers. The OP is implying that its "Elon types" who are responsible for our litigious society when that is false.
1
@Lurdiak I doubt you would say that if you actually looked at the tax brackets.
1
Only the tip of a rotten iceberg...
1
Considering the shit cops have an to put up with for the past few years, being made the scapegoats for all social injustice and inequalities, I'm amazed that anyone signs up and that they do anything but the bare minimum effort (like this?) . You reap what you sow.
1
Its also false.
1
If you think that you should probably check your bias.
1
@1:36 "The Southern States illegally seceded from the Union..." Hol' it right thar' mister. That is not true until decided by force of arms and ruled after the fact (conveniently by the winning side). @2:07 "The people who tried to overthow the government..." False. They tried to leave the government. All of the Confederate politicians and officers resigned their offices and commissions before joining the Confederacy. After the war, and after whatever penalty was inflicted upon them, they (were forced to) become US citizens again and could obtain offices. The 14th Amendment clause was vindictive and purely a political move to prevent threats to established incumbents that had been installed by the Republican party in the South. You know, kinda like Democrats are doing today... Good thing you're not "HistoryEagle"...
1
"...Its one of the few emails I open every single day..." Clients; "Hey!"
1
That mug shot is awesome. I guess the new character for his latest reality show is super villain.
1
This is rehash of the old "buy land on the Moon" scam. Its not technically illegal, but it has not legally recognized by anyone, and of course it has no practical value.
1
The 14th amendment was a vindictive reaction to the succession that should never have been added to the Constitution.
1
@thebassinprogressive9399 You forget who we are talking about here.
1
@Zach Hogan Wow. Your assumptions got all up into your mansplainin' didn't they...
1
@Ipetam It isn't entirely clear he did. There is no evidence, only hearsay from witnesses who have a bias and motive to lie. While Trump deserves it, this isn't how justice is supposed to work.
1
There is an "Idiocracy" vibe here...
1
As odious as Trump is, this case would have never gone to trial if it weren't politicized.
1
The Onion was a lot funnier when reality wasn't competing with it.
1
@milhousevanhoutan9235 14th A. makes US natural citizens bound by it from birth.
1
@Stephen-gi1rx You are splitting the hair's of Hitler's mustache. Was he any less guilty just because he never personally killed anyone?
1
@tigerofdoom Police don't have personal consequences, because otherwise you would never be able to recruit anyone with the sense and intelligence you would want in a police officer. Would you stay on your job if every morning you went to work, you could have your life ruined or even go to prison if you made a single split-second bad decision? Being a cop is hard and hazardous, on a bunch of different levels and it has gotten even harder over the past few years because they have become the scapegoat for all of the failings and ills of our society.
1
Doesn't a trademark/copywright claim depend on showing some loss or derived benefit? I could see if he were going to sell the car or produce conversion kits, but a one off build documented on YT?
1
Trump is like the creepy uncle that comes over for the holidays and then won't leave.
