  3. Considering the shit cops have an to put up with for the past few years, being made the scapegoats for all social injustice and inequalities, I'm amazed that anyone signs up and that they do anything but the bare minimum effort (like this?) . You reap what you sow.

  5. ​ @tigerofdoom  Police don't have personal consequences, because otherwise you would never be able to recruit anyone with the sense and intelligence you would want in a police officer. Would you stay on your job if every morning you went to work, you could have your life ruined or even go to prison if you made a single split-second bad decision? Being a cop is hard and hazardous, on a bunch of different levels and it has gotten even harder over the past few years because they have become the scapegoat for all of the failings and ills of our society.
