@АгнияАгния-х8г Putin invaded Ukraine in 2014. The vast majority of ethnic Russian UKRAINIANS were fine with how things were until he sent in the "Little Green Men" to create a civil war where there was none. All because he has delusions of recreating the imperial Russian empire.

@jill762 Its worse. I don't think he even cares about the resources. He cares about coloring in the map, so he has a "legacy" of having restored the Russian empire so he'll be remembered like Pete, or Alex.

The "referendum" was completely illegal and it was put up by Russian agitators, those "organizers" you mention. The whole thing was just a psyop to build a pretext to seize Crimea and to destabilize Ukraine after the Orange Revolution & prevent it from rooting out the corruption that was aligned with moscow/mafia/corp. oligarchs (all pretty much the same just different suits). So you're either a shill or you've been badly deluded.
