  3. Have you priced a multi-MW scale nuclear reactor lately? And they would not be prefab or zero-maintenance (not to mention the computers and uplink) so you would need to move a few thousand people to Antarctica too. There is a zero chance this would get past Greenies and regulators even if you had the money.
