I didn't. It wasn't funny in a show that pretends to be realistic. As soon as they stepped into sunlight they would have felt like they were on fire. Within a minute they would be in heat stroke as the radiation and perfect insulation of vacuum literally cooked them. It was dumb.

@SMiki55 It would have been impossible. Within seconds their lizard brains would have gone "nope" right out of there. People can just barely manage to self-immolate themselves, by literally just sitting there and dying. But any kind of higher function or task? Not a chance. It was bad writing.

@gregoryborton6598 A lot of literature is dumb... er.... "unrealistic" because it is fiction written by someone trying to tell a story, not to be technically plausible. Sorry you can't distinguish that. At a certain point, lizard brain takes over from monkey brain. Most people who self immolate themselves, which is the closest real world experience to this scene, it takes all their will to sit still and most wind up running wildly as lizard brain takes over. A complex task is... dumb.
