  1.  @joshb6993  Maaaaybee its because of the fact its a misfired rocket from IJ, it struck a parkinglot.... And the hospital is still intact . The news show pictures from the " leveled hospital" and ambulances coming in with " casualties " from the same hospital? Why would you need ambulance when you're ALREADY AT THE HOSPITAL?
