Soros wrote in his 1993 book "Toward a new world order, the future of NATO" How eastern Europeans would be used as manpower/cannon fodder in a NATO equipped and led war to crush Russia and then the same concept with Russians against China..... (Because the voters in Western democracies wouldnt accept losses of their own children.)
