  3. When my father passed who was a forced out property tax assessor I inherited his home. I filed for the 'parent child exclusion' so I could maintain the 1980 base year. They didn't want to give it to me so I stopped pay property taxes on both homes. The inherited home & my home. I got a fine but that was refunded & I got the exclusion.

  4. You never own the land or property. Property Taxes is annual theft. You should only pay once at the time of purchase. 4,400 homeowners should file a class action lawsuit. Darrell Lloyd wasn't the only one to get the runaround.

  5. Nothing wrong with the superchargers. When it checks the battery temp it's a nope, ain't gonna charge.
