  2. This was tried in 2019 & Newsance actually didn't sign it. Used car dealers (nationwide) are salivating for this to happen. This will obviously include miles driven (mileage tax & insurance reporting) & location tracking (insurance reporting, law enforcement, repos) & remote shut off (law enforcement).
