  1. Say you can pay cash. What does it cost to insure it? If it gets hit, what does it cost to fix it? Is it likely to get totaled?

  2. Hybrid, PHEV, & EV always increase those insurance rates. Fuel savings vs. higher insurance premiums. For my wife she would need to average 1200 miles a month to justify a Hybrid. @bmstylee
