What is that arcing noise, call my electric utility, "you need to call 911", fire truck shows up, guy was so lazy to even get out of his truck, I walked up to him with my light, do you see it, "I can see it" and they left. The Mylar balloon continued to arch for almost another week. So how much do they need? 7K a year, 10K a year, how about 20K a year.

  14. Zillow says x amount for rent. I would rather rent at a rate (may or may not be market rate) that keeps the property occupied over 90% of the time. Preferably 100%. Any month that property sits' unoccupied is lost revenue and an opportunity for theft (damage) & squatters (damage).

  17.  @dyates6380  Multi-family homes. No problem qualifying for a loan with next to nothing down with an eye watering interest rate. Also the flaw being, what if 1 or 2 families moves out? I agree the plan was to bulldoze properties on existing residential / desirable areas and build high density housing but for now the pushback has been pretty strong. The obvious oversight is "where are you going to park all of these vehicles". Or allow homeowners to build an ADU in their backyards.

Let a problem start, grow the problem, hire people to deal with the problem, throw money at the problem, form organizations to deal with the problem (see hire people), find ways for companies to profit from the problem, pass bonds, laws, taxes, ordinances to deal with the problem, reduce legal penalties to deal with the problem, put roadblocks every step of the way to prevent from solving the problem, ok we need more money.

  35. My daughter got suckered in for the 'Genshin Impact Deluxe McCrispy Meal' mainly to get the code. Went and attempted to pick up the order, waited for someone to come out to the pickup area, noticed someone next to her had a similar meal, went it, yep that was her meal, only one person at the front counter running around like a chicken with it's head cut off, customers b!tching and wanting to call corporate, my daughter got her meal remade, got home, no code, contacted corporate, based on the leave a message recording MANY people were calling for the same reason. Days later got some lame excuse for not getting the code. Along with Subway never again McDonald's even if it's free.

I was building computers, found out the profit margin was 10%, found out the company these computers were for a publicly traded company so they had to be put out for bid, we lowballed & won the bid, found out the profit margin was now 1%.
