  2.  @dyates6380  Multi-family homes. No problem qualifying for a loan with next to nothing down with an eye watering interest rate. Also the flaw being, what if 1 or 2 families moves out? I agree the plan was to bulldoze properties on existing residential / desirable areas and build high density housing but for now the pushback has been pretty strong. The obvious oversight is "where are you going to park all of these vehicles". Or allow homeowners to build an ADU in their backyards.
