  1. Good. I wish it was more than 8% of the states refining. I'd remove everything & scrape that site down to dirt. If you can't get a good deal on the land plant endangered foliage. Make it a nightmare for anyone else to get their hands on that land. How about that "low carbon fuel" that could add 65 cents to a gallon. Or Newsom storage mandates. Or the cent per mile tax that WILL eventually happen.
