  1. I have a Refurbished Dell Vostro laptop. Connected to a TV, everything works great. Disconnect the TV "no audio devices present" the F'ing Realtek audio chip is dead. Yes it is enabled in the BIOS. No it isn't a driver issue. Intel & Intel Bluetooth Audio work just fine. As Louis points out even a Refurb through the OEM can have problems.
