  1. A fire truck connected at each (just tested) hydrant just waiting with the gates leading to the backyards of each property opened would have made a major difference. Also shut off the water to each house since those hydrants are not on a dedicated system. When Bill Handel (KFI AM 640) said having water wasn't going to make a "dam bit of difference" was an absolute lie.
