  9. Most of the time, executives don't know jack shit of what is going on, all they do is look at excel sheets and say "oh yeah, I need a bigger number here". The real knowledge is on the trenches, down in the ground where most employees are at. Unless they are the leader type, not the boss one, Execs are a bunch of greedy assholes planning to become furniture in the company and still suck most of the earnings with their exuberant salaries.

  10. My position is that I hope this serves as a lesson to new rich Chinese tycoons to stop their reckless financial behavior inside and outside of China. I would also advise any manufacturing to start shifting their offshoring operations to other countries in south east Asian like Vietnam and Thailand.

As much a I love technology and advancements with it, I see a huge potential for a vast majority of people who are extremely ignorant on how the web works to get confused and even manipulated by people who do understand how these systems work. If Twitter was easily used to manipulate a bunch of apes to take over capitol hill in a matter of weeks, can you imagine what someone could do if they learned how to manipulate these AI to distribute propaganda based on the users' preferences? Man, I can see so much tragedy is not even funny.

  20. When someone talks to me about 20-45 BILLION Dollars, I just stop paying attention. The amount is so ridiculous, to me it is just starts sounding like imaginary Monoply money at that point. Anyway, I see this in two ways, one, the West can't take an Eastern based corporation can be richer than theirs and two, with all that capital, India still resembles a sewer with no sewage system. Just think about it, what's the point of all this, if most Indian people still live like the whole place is a village stuck in the 1920's?

  23. Honestly, I would easily adopt this tech no questions asked. I miss the days of physical media and how we used to manage the amount of it to not get overwhelmed with garbage. Yes, we have the cloud and streaming services now, but think about it, how much useless crap do we store in the cloud that we never use ever again? Or the amount of trash we have to sift through when looking for entertainment in streaming services? How much money do we pay to Netflix, D+, Paramount, HBO, Spotify, etc...when we could just buy, rent or load/burn all the content all in one disc? This is a no brainer.

  35. This is marketing 101. It is unbelievable these big shots do not recognize the symptoms and solutions. This streaming services market is saturated and it is an obvious sign of maturity. The only two solutions are, either compete with pricing (easy way out with advertising, making the customers experience garbage) or innovate (new product lines, interesting and attractive to the consumer, which means investment) I think Netflix chose the worst of the two.

Crypto finance is the ultimate evolution of capitalism, and interestingly enough, we can see the consequences of aggressive capitalism in real time instead of waiting decades for these kind of schemes to reach boiling point and surface. In a way it is a beautiful sight and shows the real dangers of capitalism, in another, it is just funny to see how people who are involved in crypto market, play it like they were chilling with their friends during a round of Monopoly.

It is ok to succeed, nothing against that, but when you do it by undermining and destroying absolutely everything else that may pose as a potential competitor is just some "American Psycho" level of behavior. I'm all for a tame capitalist system and individual success, but let's not kid ourselves, the only ones becoming millionaires and billionaires in America are the people who "play" the system to never give back to a society that allowed them to be where they are. If the government doesn't stop their attitude and rules towards wealth and how it is taxed, I will soon be more convinced on the bad outcome happening rather than the good one.
