  1. I own a first generation C230 Kompressor. It has the exact same engine as this SLK. I totally agree with you on the engine characteristics. I love how the peak torque is right at Highway cruising speed. (2500 rpm) no, it’s not the fastest, but it has a ton of character. The M111k engine is a fantastic little 4 cylinder with incredible torque and sound. I’m pretty jealous of that aftermarket exhaust. I’d love to have it on my little Kompressor.
