I am confused what the take away from this was, that ai is equally racist as people or that it ai being racist is not okay because my llm produces 20x less carbon gases then the tools designed to measure this?

I feel like if government gets involved would be violation to freedom of speech. Since the responses are guided - like how gpt doesn't like talking about sensitive data, if this was fashioned by government entity would literally be the definition of not free speech.

1:48 I think since the military industrial complex is True - weaponizing ai could actually detour the chance of nuclear warfare. So even if weaponizing ai is a bad thing - would be the lesser of two evils relative to splitting the atom. 5:37 AI is a keyboard advancement. Even though GPU is needed the GPU is enhancing the HUID interface. So when developing people should keep in mind that it is a advancement in language amd leverages technology to br available public. After this it is still JUST reading and writting to file and permissions. Remember, everything is a file. 10:23 When presented with sufficiently advanced technology the difference between the tech and magic would be almost virtually indistinguishable. So there will have to a be bug in it but by design. For the entry point of Human evaluation need. 14:48 after asi comes ai again, but for attempted intelligence. 17:04 After tools comes society. In human evolution. So we given AI functions capability. Next is to emulate community and religion. Was how humanity advanced. Is how I think about it.

1:59; this timeline for comparing agi against 18 months ago - how long has this statistic been measured? I thought the entire arguing point is that is still in infancy which i thought is <18months at this time. So what data was used 18 months ago is my confusion. I think trying to development immuttable safe guards for technology we do not even understand is the mindset/intent we are trying to prevent. I think the key point is to remember that we do not understand how this works completely - which is probably a steping stone when using it nefariously. I think we are saying one things and doing another('generative-text derives a lot from sentiment'), and this action is a negative sentiment.

3:06 i too was overwhelmed with this self-aware response, again - -when interacting with llm; 4:45 - i do not know if this is true. i think the gaps are from the censorial awareness. ** is it just me or does he have the same accent in his voice as chatgpt?
