That way, both dog and owner remain safe and happy, as well as there being no threat to the public. Personally, I don't "hate" any kind of dog, but there are some breeds which are not suitable as domestic pets, as well as there being some owners who are not suitable to have any kind of dog. It works both ways.

  49.  @tomkerr4155  I would be far more fearful of a large dog without a muzzle, rather than one with a muzzle, so no. Also, one with a muzzle wouldn't have a chance to even start clocking up a history sheet. If any dog "has a history of biting", then it should be put down.
