That comment threw me a bit, too, so I hope he was only being sarcastic.

I agree with you Liam, and have just commented similarly.

Well said, Alister.

I'm constantly hitting the "Do no recommend" button. So much for bots and algorithms.

The more you have, the more you have to lose. Being poor does have its bonuses. I knew 2023 would be a devastating year for many, but this is nothing in comparison to what's yet to come by the end of the year. You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave.

Money becomes nothing as its quantity increases, because its value decreases and then becomes worthless.

I absolutely hate those YT Shorts, and have never used Sik-Shok. Shorts is just for the lazy creator. Removing the DISLIKE counter was one of the worst things that YT could have done. Bad move.

It would be a never-ending story.

Considering the fact that Google stopped me from being able to update Chrome a few months ago, just because I'm still using W8.1, I have lost a lot of my respect for Alphabet. They can't even get YT to function correctly.

I wondered that, too.

Google recently tried to introduce me to Bard, and I instantly rejected it. Considering the fact that Google stopped me from being able to update Chrome a few months ago, just because I'm still using W8.1, I have lost a lot of my respect for Alphabet. They can't even get YT to function correctly. As for Microsoft, I've always been very wary of everything to do with them. Not all is what it seems.

8:25 - I've just stopped here for a moment because it suddenly struck my mind that AGI would most likely progress far faster than we think it may, simply because it will quickly start to create itself and, therefore, need less input from ourselves. (Just a brief idea from an ordinary 72 year old woman who knows nothing about technology of any kind) Now, I'll continue............................

Some of this news is extremely worrying for the future of the human race as a whole. However, seeing as we're already well on our way to our own self-destruction, it doesn't surprise me in the slightest. That being said, I'm new to this channel, so my mind is a bit boggled right now. I look forward to learning more from your fantastic insights. Thank you.

Today is my 73rd birthday, and I can honestly say that I'm glad I didn't start using the internet (via my PC) until 12 years ago, when I retired. I didn't need it, and now only use it as a source of information and learning. As for a smartphone, I haven't got one and I don't need it, as I have an old Nokia "dumb" phone for calls and texts whenever I'm out and about. Life is good.

I changed my diet years ago.

I noticed that, too, because they're not the same question.

But.........Major manufacturers will try their hardest to prevent the production and use of graphite, because that would mean a massive loss of profits to them............Just like the cure for cancer. It's a greedy world we live in. Stay well, everyone.

@koenrouwhorst4173 Like BitCloud047, I don't use a smartphone and I never have. At 73, my life is still active and healthy.
