However, until the next clown takes his place, maybe he can at least get rid of this serious problem with killer dogs being bred and possessed by irresponsible owners. This video isn't about his failures as a PM, it's about vicious animals being present in public places, often without being kept on a lead and/or muzzled, as well as being owned by those who can't control the strength or viciousness in those dogs.   43. I've just finished reading over 300 comments, some of which are hilarious. However, I don't think the ethnicity of the driver is known yet............but it wouldn't surprise me, anyway. Whoever it is should be banned from driving for life, because it's not easy to crash a car like that in that area. Intentional? I doubt if the truth will ever come out about it, and we all know why.
