  1. There are only two human genders, and they cannot be changed by severe surgery and heavy medication. The only thing that needs changing in those who indulge in such warped fantasies, is their psychological disfunctions. I have a next-door neighbour who hates me because I refuse to use the male pronouns when I refer to her, and she totally refuses to accept reality. Her problem, not mine.
