  1. It's about time and, in fact, long overdue. I've been hoping and waiting for this to happen, and all of us living in the UK should follow example by getting out there and showing the government that we won't take anymore of this. (I'm a Dubliner aged 72, and have lived and worked in the UK since 1973) Vote carefully in the next election, or don't vote at all. Out with the Con/Lab/Lib parties!!

  4. "us"? Do you mean the US? That's fine, as there's plenty of room there in comparison to the UK. However, I don't think the US is as generous as the UK is, so that might put them off a bit.
