  1. At 70 now, and living alone, I've been saying to my friends over the last year or so that I would NOT go into a care home under ANY circumstances. Your information about this only cements the fact that I'd already made the right decision. I've also been saying the same about hospitals over the last two years, and that I'd rather die in my own bed and in my own home. I'm still fully functional, and I'm certainly not going out with a fight. LEAVE ME ALONE, BOJO!!! I will know when the time is right for me to go.
