£22 billion is peanuts in comparison to what the UK government has wasted, as a whole, over the years, and still is. We will own nothing, and we sure as hell won't be happy, well fed, warm, or even have medical help when needed. No wonder those who are able to are leaving this country, and I can't blame them.
