I'm aged 72 now and, most of my life, activity along with creativity have been the mainstay of my daily functioning. Both of these, to me, are a vital part of life's balance and energy. Sadly, they both seem to be drastically diminishing in general society at a very fast rate. Those, and the fact that physical interaction is also being depleted, are far from favourable to the human race as a whole. We can be our own worst enemy, and the scariest part of what we're doing to ourselves is that no-one seems to be taking any particularly vital interest in it. Unless we take a really serious look at ourselves very quickly, we won't survive.
