That is why we should all try to discourage anyone we know from joining the military.
They would not be fighting, killing, and dying for what they're told they are.
Unfortunately, the powers that be have no interest in the soldiers they send out to war, to kill, die, or be maimed for life.
War is big money, and the US particularly knows that, but the public are brainwashed into thinking it's all about morals. No, it has nothing to do with the benefits of humankind, only the benefits of the oligarch's bank accounts.

This just what my 70 year old mind has been needing! So glad to have found you. Subscribed.
"Whilst travelling through the corridors of life, you find many doors to the left and to the right - some of which you open and discover something new, some of which you never open because you're too scared to.
One day, you reach the end of that journey and find two doors straight in front of you - one is white and one is black. Which one do you choose?
There are many grey areas of certainty and uncertainty, knowledge and ignorance, learning and teaching - the combination of and mixture of black and white is unfathomable, yet real, and even though the choice is there, you still can't see it as a whole entity.
Whatever question you ask, there is no single or unique answer, for you are the only one who can find what you seek for. Therefore, you know the answer before you ask the question, but you don't know that you know, for the question can be far greater than the answer."

I'm 70 and in good health but, for well over a year now, I've been saying to my friends that I wouldn't go to any hospital, no matter what, even if you paid me. I mean that, too, because I'm more likely to die there than if I stay at home.
Yesterday, when my 76 year old friend visited (apart from high blood pressure and a few aches and pains, he's quite well and walks his dog a lot), I told him that the government has decided to get rid of us oldies a.s.a.p. Not only that, but you can nearly guarantee that their deaths will be labelled with Covid.
I'll go and read the comments now, so I might be back...;-D

"The abuse of nearly 5,000 children by Portuguese clergy over a 70 year period"
This has been going on in ALL countries where the Catholic church holds dominance, long before I was even born, and I'm now 72. It's a crime which still continues unabated to this day, and no-one of any significance has been willing to do anything about it. That, in itself, tells you how powerful the Vatican really is (It is its own entity without any outside legislation).
I grew up in Éire (southern Ireland) and, as a child, I was aware that the priests were "doing something bad to the boys", but had no understanding or knowledge of what that actually meant. I didn't go to a Catholic school, either, and only heard it via friends who went to the Christian Brothers schools, which were for boys only (I'm female). A DISGUSTING CRIME!!!!!

I was a tomboy when I was young, and could do anything that the "real" boys could do, or at least give it a damn good try.
I'd never thought about it until now, but could it have had something to do with my having a twin brother? Or maybe it was because most of my schooling was at a boys grammar school which had recently converted to a mixed school, although the majority of pupils were always boys? Maybe both. Either way, I never had any inclination to be a boy. Why should I, when I was perfectly content to be girl?
Funny that, isn't it? Yet here I am, soon to turn 71, as a mother and grandmother who has always believed and accepted that there are two genders. I won't lose anything by continuing to live by my beliefs, but our future generations may well have a lot to lose if the human race continues to destroy its own foundations.

I greatly appreciate your mind-boggling comment, DominantASMR, and I really hope many viewers will take the time to read it. There is no "glory" in war.

A few years ago, an American made a comment on a YT channel, saying "Oh, I thought Europe was just one country, and didn't know there were so many different countries there!" True!!! When I read it, part of me wasn't surprised, and the rest of me just raised my eyebrows and cringed in disbelief. It stuck in my mind because of the ignorance displayed.
I'm 71, and I remember my father telling me during the 1960's that the world will eventually be full of coffee-coloured people. Being in my mid-teens, I didn't understand what he meant. RIP, Dad, you were right.

Well, the structure of the English language is a combination of other languages (e.g. Latin, Greek, French, German, etc), so anyone who doesn't understand the history of a word isn't really in a position to criticise the context in which it may be used.
"Reading between the lines" can be quite important at times.
Whatever way we choose to say something is, to some extent, limited to each individual's knowledge and understanding of that language. When someone speaks or writes to me, I'm far more interested in the overall context of those words than I am in the individual usage of them.
It seems to me that criticism has recently become a ridiculously bad habit by many of those who just enjoy doing it for the sake of it, rather than actually having any solid grounds for making it in the first place.
Maybe I'm just an old-fashioned girl (I'm 71) with an old-fashioned curl (anyone remember Aretha Franklin?), but sincerity is far more important to me than the way in which it's portrayed. "It's not what you do, it's the way that you do it".
Have a good day, everyone, wherever you are.😉

@penguinsushi8442
Please excuse me for responding to a question you didn't ask me, but.....
I was in my 20's during the 70's, and life was full to the brim of discoveries, activities, fun, and pain - pretty much the norm for most people of that age, I would think. In 1970, just aged 19, my parents kicked me out on the street for getting pregnant at 18. I was homeless, but still worked full-time until I gave birth, because there was no such thing as social benefits in Ireland at that time.
Overall, the 70's, 80's, and 90's were times of massive innovation, discovery, rebellion, and upheaval - history keeps repeating itself, unfortunately, and we never seem to learn much from it. A very sad disposition to be in.
Humanity has progressed in some ways, and regressed in others, but we've now reached a stalemate where no-one wants to take responsibility for anything; whilst power, greed, and control are the mainstay of our existence. Because of those defects, we haven't developed to our full potential.
We are, and always have been, our own worst enemy, and are now in the final throes of total self-destruction - whilst most of us go about our daily business with the attitude of either total indifference/ignorance or "ach, it'll work itself out" because "someone else" will do it for them.
I'm not a doom-and-gloom person, by the way, as I've always loved life and people. However, by the time I reached 15 or 16, I chose atheism and a strong dislike for the US government. We all have choices to make, although those are now steadily and forcibly being reduced, so we should think hard before we decide which way to go.
Whether we like it or not, we all need each other........I've already said too much.
Stay safe and well, wherever you are, and look after those close to you.

@Vandalgia
I agree with what you've said to me, except that I didn't call his friend a psychopath. I said "Psychopaths (plural) always enjoy killing and maiming people....." after he'd said how much his friend "loved" serving in the marines. We all know how many screwed up people join the military and the police force, as well as other government authorities. Neither do I hate soldiers.
The mistake that many Americans make, when discussing their war-mongering country's military presence in the world, is to make comparisons between the US and Russia, China, North Korea and many other countries. "America's a much better country than any of those", etc, like that makes it okay to invade other countries, and as if that would make any difference in the first place. Ignorance is not bliss.
The US government isn't interested in the well-being of any other country than itself, and its only goal is power and money. Neither does it care about the deaths of its military men and women, as they can always be replaced by the John and Jane Does who foolishly believe in what they're being told.
If the incredible amounts of money which the US spends on wars was spent on creating a better and peaceful world for all, America would most likely be highly respected worldwide. On the contrary, the US is justifiably despised for its greed and power-grabbing attitudes towards the rest of the world. It would rather make enemies than create a friendly world.
The truth isn't always kind to our ears, eyes, or minds, but it cannot be denied.

@linxuser897
Well, I wrote those words when I was 49 because they were my thoughts at the time (in the year 2000).
Since then, many changes have taken place during that period.....some within my own life, but most of them in the world within which we live.
Change is a natural process in most cases, but the ones made by the human race are mostly a matter of choice.....a few of them being a case of pure chance.
Never forget that you are part of a whole, yet you are unique in being an individual who only has limited choices about which path you take. Choose wisely, and keep your mind open to all possibilities.....even those which seem impossible at the time.
Life can be fascinating, if you allow it to be, so try not to shut any of it out, because the unknown could well be a part of your own destiny.
I wish you well whilst travelling through the corridors of life, and hope you manage to make your own choices about which direction that journey takes you...;-)

BRICS is making the EU and the US look like the two-faced novices they really are when it comes to creating a genuine alliance between countries, as well as showing what trust and respect really looks like. Of course there'll be hiccups and disagreements to some degree, but it's far less likely to fail in the same way as the others. After all, BRICS also has the advantage of learning from the mistakes already made by their opponents.
Whatever happens, 2024 is not only going to be a very busy and rough ride, it's certainly going to come as a shock to so many of the sheeple who've chosen to stick their heads in the sand for so long.....well, that sand's going to be blown away by a massive tornado which will continue for the next few years, and there'll be nowhere left for them to hide.
At least China is demonstrating a positive and constructive stance, peacefully, whereas the US only offers a negative and aggressive attitude which is not only destructive to all involved, it won't have anyone left to call on when it finds itself in the gutter. The new world order doesn't sound quite as threatening to me now.

@porkydeboer2635
I agree with you, Porky. I'm Irish-born and educated, currently living in the UK, and hold no resentment towards anyone for being different from myself. Discrimination has become a warped and fashionable habit of so many people who have no idea of why they even feel that way, and it's usually an inbred attitude. That or total ignorance.
That being said, I'm not happy with the destruction of the UK and my own country being caused by the massive influx of illegal immigrants, but I'm not going to point my finger at any specific individual because of that. However, all people of England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales will need to pull together if we ever have any chance of surviving the invasions of our homelands.
Stay safe and well, wherever you are.

It's disgusting that this woman, who has a well documented hatred for the UK, is being given any form of attention by the corrupt media, and even worse that the authorities would even consider giving her re-entry to the UK. She unquestionably knew exactly what she was doing, and why.
Of course, it's not surprising, considering the fact that the very core of the UK is being destroyed, bit by bit, by the very establishment who is supposed to be working for the ethnic people of the country, and protecting it. There is a big surprise in store for those traitors in 2023, and when it hits the fan, they'll just scratch their heads and pretend that they didn't know that the British people actually love their country and want to salvage it from ruin.
Ah well, you get what you give in life, although some people have to find out the hard way.

Indeed so, Strype13, but it all boils down to an insecurity of status within one's society, and the lengths to which people will go to acquire the upper echelons of that.
Unfortunately, the human race hasn't really changed very much over many centuries and, from my own perspective (I'm 72), we don't seem to have learnt anything much from the past. To this day, we still attach far too much importance to our appearances and, if anything, it has now reached a very dangerous level of sacrificing one's own well-being (or that of other's) to achieve a very false and useless existence.
Stay safe and well, wherever you are, and treat all others as you would wish them to treat you.😉😊

@isking1715
A stirrer? What on earth makes you think that from my brief comment of agreement with someone? I found his description rather amusing, too.....and that's it.
Hmm, interesting how you chose to read something into my words that wasn't there, although your reaction is a prime example of how easily some people can be "stirred".
The sensitivity of this whole issue is, quite rightly, very high, but is also a two-sided coin when it comes to dogs and their owners. Yorkshire terriers and Jack Russells can be very nasty and aggressive little runts, whereas some of the larger breeds can be soft and gentle. However, the larger dogs hold a far greater threat when it comes to possible attacks, for obvious reasons.
Many years ago, I was badly bitten in my thigh by a neighbour's German Shepherd/Alsatian when I went to retrieve the hoover they'd borrowed from me, but it wasn't the dog's fault in that case. They asked me if I wanted them to have it "put down", to which I vehemently said NO, because it was due to their own carelessness.
The crux of the matter lies with the lack of dog control in the UK, which covers a wide range of issues which should be addressed, such as.....
1. Unlicensed breeders.
2. Unsuitable owners.
3. Dog licensing.
4. Mandatory muzzles on certain breeds, and leads on every dog in all public places.
Some dogs are more suitable for domestication than others, just as some people are more suitable to be owners than others. Until that line is drawn, nothing will change.
Stay safe and well, wherever you are.

@Robbie939
That's a very good point, Robbie, and confirms the fact that there are times when we only see what we want to see, or even hear what we want to hear.
For that matter, we can even say (or write) what we think someone may wish to hear, the media being the worst culprit of that. And no, I won't even start on the politicians!
Although we have the internet and mobile phones galore, communication seems to have become a mere practice of empty words where, as long as you say something/anything, it doesn't matter what it is.
"Free speech" is a thing of the past, where we now have to mince our words or even use abbreviations/coding/slang when we're using social media like YT, for example. How many times have we all had our unobtrusive comments deleted/hidden?
As for offense, we all know how trolls love to spend every waking hour making efforts to get a reaction. If someone gets back to me with a genuine criticism, I'll politely respond. Otherwise, I just ignore them. I'm never offended by any words directed towards me, because I choose not to be, but there will always be those who have nothing better to do than play the victim.
Stay safe and well, wherever you are.

Well, it's not just because they're all getting everything for free (boarding, food, money, mobiles, etc), it's because our government is following a scenario which was planned a long time ago. To do that, they need to cause chaos and unrest.
The expected outcome of this is civil war, which will give them the perfect excuse for another lockdown, plus martial law. Convid was just a trial run and, within the next few years, we'll all be under the control of heavy surveillance, digital currency, restricted movement.....and fear.

Good morning, Andy.
As a woman of 73 who spent some years as a driver around London (dispatch, minicab, and private chauffeuring), I'm appalled at the state of today's taxi services. I'm now living in Yorkshire and, because of my age (plus reduced bus services), I somewhat rely on taxis now.
All the local cab services have now been taken over by one company, and they're really dreadful and very unreliable. I've never used Uber, as I don't think it takes cash payments, as well as some of the drivers being a bit dodgy.
I'd really like to be able to find a private driver who I could make advance bookings with, but I haven't got a clue how to go about doing that. Any ideas from yourself would be very much appreciated. Take care.

They gave their mentally unstable son a gun, didn’t keep it locked up in the home to limit his access to it, repeatedly refused his pleas for help with his mental health, dismissed the school’s concerns about his alarming drawings of guns and people being murdered, even told their son to hide his searches for ammunition better so the school wouldn’t know next time, didn’t warn the school that he had unrestricted access to a firearm, didn’t check his backpack for the gun when they were called to the school because of his frightening behaviour, left him at the the school (when they were asked by the principal to take him home) because they couldn’t be bothered to deal with him resulting in him going on his rampage that same day. They denied him help, armed him, left him at the school when asked to remove him and didn’t tell the school he was armed, then went on the run as soon as they heard that he committed the murders because they knew they were guilty. They’re about as responsible as you could get......
.....and you say they didn't commit an actual crime???

You're wrong and also right. Addiction is real, because it's not just the substance but the habit as well.
Whether it's cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, or playing computer games, we don't start off as an addict because, as you've said, we make that choice to begin with. As time passes, addiction creeps in, whether we're aware of it or not.
Stay safe and well, wherever you are, and all the best for 2024.

I burst into tears at the end of viewing that, and I'm sitting here feeling sick about it.
I'm 72, live alone, and have no family left now. However, I'm still very independent and quite active, and never feel lonely.
Since I reached 70, I decided to make sure that I'll never go into a hospital or a care home of any kind, and have also left my body to medical research. I have no fear of death, or of being alone when that happens. Why should I? After all, we each reach the end of our journey at some stage, and I've lived a very full life, so I'll hopefully be lucky to just go to bed one night and join the Great Gig In The Sky (Pink Floyd).
For all those who have suffered in the many dreadful care homes (and hospitals) here in the UK, may they rest in peace.

This, of course, is a multi-faceted setup. One one hand, there's the "if you've got nothing to hide, you've got nothing to worry about" aspect of it. On the other hand, there's the "my rights to privacy, etc" involved.
However, the main problem with such a system is, as always, to do with who's at the receiving end of such personal information, as well as how it's processed by those receivers. THAT is the big issue because of the type of technology which will be used to run it, as we all know only too well how drastically misused that can be.
I could say a lot more, but I'll go and read the comments now, as I'm sure many others have already stated the obvious dangers and drawbacks of such an authoritarian system.

@wordforever117
"No sorry I think you are wrong about that."
Could you please point out specifically what you think I'm wrong about?
"You won't know this.........."
What makes you think I don't know?
Yes, most of the cases are historical, due to the fact that they have been mounting up over countless years, so, statistically, the past holds far greater numbers of criminal abuse than more recent or current ones.
However, even if (and that's a big "if") the Catholic church has taken steps to curb such disgusting behaviour by the priests, it hasn't stopped it from continuing to happen. Not at all.
Being "EXTREMELY strict about this" doesn't change or prevent some priests from still committing those abhorrent crimes towards children, and the Vatican is in denial if it claims otherwise.
As the saying goes, "Rules are made to be broken", and they are just mere words, especially to those who have no respect for them in the first place. Action speaks louder than words, and that is something which the Vatican is not in the least bit willing to do, nor even admit.
Whenever a priest gets found out, they're usually just given a slap on the wrist (behind closed doors), and told to do penance by saying the "Hail Mary" a hundred times more. Being "forgiven for your sins" doesn't change anything, nor does it take away the damage that's already been done.
However biased one may feel towards the Catholic church, one needs to remove that before being able to see through the fake veneer of decency and respectability which is hiding a truth which they don't want to admit exists.
Stay well, wherever you are.

Well, well, well, I've just finished reading over 1,800 comments, approximately 90% of which are pathetic.
There are many Dew haters on here, which makes their hypocrisy even more ridiculous when you consider the fact that they childishly and wrongly believe Simon to be a Dew!! In that case, why do they even bother to view his channel? Oh, of course, hatred is such a sick trend at the moment, and the trolls can't resist seeking out their prey in order to spew their vile attitudes towards anyone who has a brain. However, they didn't get the reactions they wanted.😆
I also find it very interesting to see that nearly all comments made to those who support Simon's channel have been deleted/hidden. The Dew haters are losing.......a lot! <sob> <sob> <sniff> What a sad lot they are.🥴😵💫

I'm no mathematician, but the first thing that came to my mind about the number of reports on activist threats (left, right, Muslim, white-supremacists, etc) is that, percentage-wise, it's quite high on the Muslim side, even though the numbers appear to be low in comparison.
I haven't read the comments yet, but if you take the ethnic ratio of population numbers, e.g. 1 in every 1,000, my age-old brain isn't coming to the same mathematical conclusion as yourself, Simon.
Anyway, I'll go and read the comments now, and maybe find that I'm very wrong...;-D

I must admit that I'm disappointed in you, Redacted, for making such a mountain out of a molehil about Kate. As it happens, I've no interest in the royal family, but I do wish her well as an individual, whether she truly has cancer or not.
Whatever lies have been made around the whole issue, that's no big deal, either, as we get plenty of them churned out every single day. Lies have always been used to manipulate, and always will be, so this is nothing new and certainly a waste of time discussing it.
PS - I really like your channel, and have watched quite a few of your topics, and will continue to do so. 😉😊

I find your comment very refreshing, @CM-zl2jw, because you're spot on in everything you've said here.
It's not AI in itself that worries me, but the users themselves, e.g. a gun is just a gun.....until it gets into the wrong hands. The potential of AI is astronomical (unlike a simple weapon or tool), and the prospect of that alone is very scary because of its unknown usage. So far, AI has exceeded all expected results, and is progressing far faster than had been anticipated.
Yes, it certainly can be used for the benefit of us all, but that's only a fraction of the multi-faceted aspect of how it will be used, by whom, and for what purposes.
You may be able to tell my age by how I've worded this comment (I suppose I must be close to my "Use by" date at this stage), so that alone will probably be influencing my way of viewing the world as a whole. However, I think I may have a better chance of deducing the possible effects of AI usage than someone in their 20's - certainly more so than the youngsters of today who are all glued to their little gadgets.
Anyway, enough said. I wish you and yours all the best for 2024, and beyond. Patricia🙏💞☘

DA should also read some history.....
From 1625 till 1816, the Muslim berbery slavers took nearly 2million Europeans mostly from Spain and Italy but also from England, France, Scotland, Holland, Iceland, and in Ireland the slavers took the whole township of Baltimore - babies, children, the elderly women and men. These were usually from coastal towns and villages. They also captured sailing ships and took passengers. The European slaves were treated as bad as the African slaves, except the slaves that were oarsmen where they were manacled to each other and to the oars in which they had to work. They were whipped, could not stand up even to do toilet business, so had to do it were they sat, and when the stench got too much the slavers threw buckets of sea water over them. The only escapement from this was death, and this usually occurred between 12 to 18 months.

Some people have nothing better to do than criticise others because of their own failings and miserable lives. Sad but true.
I nearly always ignore any rude/nasty comments made to me, and on the rare occasion when I do respond, I make it short and polite. Like you, Simon, I never get a response back.
There are very few times when I have disagreed with your points of view, and I enjoy listening to your knowledge and wisdom. I would be devastated if you changed your demeanour in any way.
Thank you for being you, Mr. Webb, and for being a daily tonic of sound, solid, and sane reasoning. Oh, and for having a good sense of humour.

@everest9707
Yes, I've been experiencing the same censorship by YT, which is very frustrating and annoying. However, it's not surprising, as YT has now become virtually unusable when it comes to communication of any kind, especially when it involves links.
To get around the link problem, I've been sending text messages and/or emails to as many as possible, as well as trying to code it in any which way I can think of. The damned algorithms and AI are working overtime at the moment.
Sadly, AI can only become a real advantage to those who wish to control the masses, and is already exceeding far beyond what was expected of it at this point. The oligarch regime is playing a far more dangerous game than it realises as, one day, it won't have any control over it. Amen.

@davidroberts5577
On the contrary, David, it was a very simple question asked by a very ignorant narrator. However, at 71 and being Irish, I sometimes find it quite amusing to see how ignorant some people are, not only about their own country and its history, but about the world in general.
"The Civil War, I believe effected Americans deeply"
Yes, any war affects people deeply, but most of those who create conflict don't give a damn about the effects of it, as long as they achieve what they've set out to do. Neither does it depend on which side you are on when it comes to the death and destruction of civilians who weren't given a choice.
I hope you pass on your history lesson to those who need it, although I doubt it will make much difference to many who go about their daily lives without any interest in how the human race has been trying to destroy itself for a very long time.....until it happens to them and theirs.
That day will inevitably come. Stay well.

Wow! That's a story and a half! I'm sorry you've suffered so much over the years but, as you've said, not as badly as this foot-binding horror.
Interestingly, I'm 72, and by the time I reached 15, I was 5ft 10ins tall, weighed 9st 7lbs, and had size 7 (Eu) feet.
As a girl, size 6 shoes were the largest available at that time, so I had a lot of "discomfort" with my feet for many years until size 7 became available.
To this day, both of my little toes are turned sideways, with them curling in towards my other toes. It doesn't hurt, because my feet just readjusted to that necessity. Stay safe and well, wherever you are.

Racism is a double-edged sword.
The trouble with labelling someone as "racist" is that it can create a very Catch 22 situation. The more you accuse anyone of being something that they are not, the more likely they are to become that very thing.
Most of those who go out of their way to point the finger are, generally, from the minority groups. Not only that, but they are often either ill-informed, ignorant, or just downright biased troublemakers.
Yes, there are white racists, all of whom have no idea of WHY they are!
The vandalism doesn't really have much to do with Churchill as an individual or, for that matter, any of the other statues or memorials of those who are dead and gone. It has everything to do with the ignorance and stupidity of those who can't be bothered to think for themselves, are easily persuaded and indoctrinated, as well as taking pleasure in being "part of the gang".

That's a very naughty title, Andy.😵💫
As soon as I saw it, I thought "No, that's not likely because Andy used to work in IT."
I'm nearly 73, and only started using the internet in 2013 (all self-taught). You would have had a good giggle at watching me trying to work it all out and find my way around - I was like someone who'd been blindfolded and placed in a large maze.
Having only ever used MS Office in my workplace, I was very wary about placing myself in a potentially vulnerable situation, so I took my time and didn't click on anything unless I was 100% sure that it was safe. As time has passed, I still exercise precaution, as it can be too easy to become complacent.
I think this is where many people make some big mistakes when online, as they don't take enough time before mindlessly acting on their impulses. In a nutshell, it's down to every user to ensure that they stay safe as possible whilst browsing.

Thank you for covering the history of the Irish potatoe famine, 42. I've been a Dublin lass since 1951, although I now live in the UK.
No, the Gaelic language wasn't wiped out by the famine, it was forced by the British invaders by brutal means. The Gaelic alphabet is similar to the Roman one, but doesn't have the letters of J, K, Q, V, W, X, Y, or Z in it. Also, the "th" sound doesn't exist in our language, so that's why many Irish still say "tree" instead of "three".
During my schooling, it was compulsory to learn Gaelic (I left school in 1967) and, as far as I know, it was always taught in all Irish schools.
Oh, and remember the signs put in the windows of all English boarding houses, etc, during the early 1900's? "No blacks, and no Irish".
Here endeth my little history lesson. Take care.

Yes, I looked at that map as well. The number of signatures on the petition is now 23,400 and rising fast.
Yesterday, I contacted two well-known YT channels via email (Jeff Taylor, and Neil Oliver) asking them to add the petition link to their video descriptions. Maybe they might even mention the petition in following videos, which would be great. I'll have to wait and see, so will go and check their channel sites shortly.
If you know of any other channels, or sources of any kind, it would help if you contacted them with a request. Getting this onto the news is a different kettle of fish, as we all know. Stay safe and well, wherever you are.

@forthfarean
Hello again, Omen of Nowhere...;-)
Oops, no, I didn't mean YOU were one-sided at all, but quite the opposite.
Yes, I agree that Islam is a diabolical cult, and that it's more about Muhammad than Allah. Like the bible, the Quran has been re-written a number of times, too.
The trouble with any cult is that it preys on the weak and gullible, which is what I meant by "one-sided". The catholic church has a hell of a lot to answer to, as well.
I'm a 70 year old Irishwoman, currently living in the UK, and have done a little bit of delving into the origins of Islam, as well as some reading about the Dead Sea Scrolls.
Like anyone who wishes to learn more about the "true" history of the human race, I am discovering how little I really know about much at all...;-D
All I can say at this stage in my life is that I don't particularly like anything much about homo sapiens, or the path within which it's treading. To be honest, I don't even fancy going beyond the age of 80 (at most), seeing as we're definitely heading in the wrong direction.
Whoever holds any fantasies about longevity or eternal life would deeply regret it if it was ever possible to find such a disturbing existence. Still, it's a human condition to always want what we can't have.
I hope this finds you safe and well, wherever you are, and that you keep your healthy and realistic mind on the same track...;-))

@forthfarean
Good morning, Nemo...;-)
It's good to hear back from you.
Well, as we both know, there are usually far more questions than there are answers in any given field; so I'm not going to try and make any pedantic statements here.
As we also know, nothing in life is perfect, but there's certainly no harm in trying to reach that goal. After all, some of our fantasies and obsessions sometimes end up producing some very worthwhile results.
Very few of us can claim to have an expertise in anything, even though there are many who try to fool us into thinking otherwise.
It's a very windy and blustery morning here, the leaves are falling fast, and the cycle of life continues uninterrupted and oblivious to the fools who think they can control it.
It's been very pleasant to meet you for a fleeting moment during our brief journey through life, and I wish you well.
Patricia

@Ghost_-nz5dy
".....there’s still countries out there who don’t even like us and what’s the point of making peace with them if they’re going to try to warmonger themselves?"
All countries differ from each other in various aspects but, just like the neighbours of the area you live in, we can't all be expected to get along with each other. The human condition. That doesn't mean we have a right to attack them, just because we don't like them.
If there's conflict within a household, or between next-door neighbours, it's not our right to step in and try to interfere with it - unless it directly effects us. Even then, a non-aggressive approach is far more beneficial to all, rather going in with all guns blazing (a typical American trait).
Of course there would be some who would take your efforts as an insult, but that could only be because (1) you have no right to interfere, or (2) their ego has been offended, or (3) they may not need your help in the first place. There are many reasons for any country to object to the US trying to dominate them, but only one main reason why the US chooses to do it - profit, and nothing whatsoever to do with morals or humanity.
Both of your arguments are null and void because the US isn't welcome to poke its nose into affairs which are none of their business, nor has it a right to justify its hostility and brutal aggression towards those who have never attacked or done harm to it. The mirror is there if you want to look at it.

@SenorSol
I don't speak Spanish, but I suspect Senor Sol means Mister Sun (or maybe sun man). Just a thought.
Yes, indeed, religion is a destructive and very negative practice - rather cult-like, which I won't go into.
I remember when the song "Losing My Religion" (R.E.M.) came out, and I loved the title, and even moreso the sound of the music. I'm a great fan of Pink Floyd, and my favourite song is "The Great Gig In The Sky", which is a masterpiece in itself.
Anyway, whether you're a pope, a politician, a musician, or otherwise, you can't deny being a human. In recent times, George Orwell's 1984 has come to my mind a lot more than once, and not in a pleasant way.
Since teaching myself how to use the internet ten years ago, I love how it feeds my curiosity and thirst for knowledge. However, it has also made me more aware of how weak and pathetic the human race can be at times, and I can only say that I'm rather glad I won't be around for that much longer. Don't get me wrong, life is precious, as is every day, and both should be lived to the full...............but..............
I'll stop here. Stay well, my friend.

Indeed so, as the past is past, and they should be living in the present instead.
Some of them should also do some research on historical events, too.....................

That's typical of the war-mongering US, because killing and maiming people in other countries only means one thing to them..........PROFIT. It's laughable that its got a senile old git playing lethal games with the safety and stability of the whole world, without realising that it's signing its own death warrant. The US will be decimated in the very near future, and then they'll be the ones crying "Poor me!" Well, US, you've made your bed, so now you're going to have to lie in it.......blood, guts, and all the horrors of so many wars you've instigated.
The most dangerous and aggressive country on this planet is the US, and they can't wait to start WW3 because they stupidly think they're going to be the winners. Well, you selfish and greedy idiots, there won't BE any winners!!!

Hello, Byron.
Thank you for answering my question.
I, too, have wondered about Rees-Mogg as a candidate, as he does seem to have his head screwed on better than the others do.
That being said, we all know how difficult it can be to judge the validity of their morals. I voted for Brexit in 2016, and have no regrets about that.
I'm also an atheist, from Dublin, aged 71, and am currently living in Hovis land. I get the feeling that we'd make good neighbours.
Stay safe, and stay well.

".....and we're going to make sure that nothing else happens."
Really?!!? Like what, Biden?
When is the US going to stop being a warmonger???
Does the US really believe that "nothing else" will happen?
As long as the US continues to attack countries, and kill so many innocent people, for no good reason, the US will continue to destroy itself. So far, it's been doing a very good job of it, too.
Why spend billions on war, when that could be spent on making the US a country which might earn some respect from the rest of the world (as well as the people that live there)?
"So we continue to mourn every innocent life that was stolen on 9/11, and honour their memories."
Quite rightly so, because they all died for no good reason, especially because they were killed by their own.

@
That's true, Leo, but we live in an ever-changing world where, as time passes, we become increasingly aware of the broader spectrum of life.
Also, because there are now so many of us using the internet, we're learning more about the mistakes we've made, are making, and will make.
Now, more than ever before, we're on the cusp of either fixing things or continuing to make a complete mess of it.
Thank you for your response, and stay well.

I hate to say this, Andy, but I've recently started to lose any hopes of saving this country, and sometimes feel very depressed about what's happening. However, I've never been one to give up on anything during my 73 years of life, and I don't want to start now.
To be honest, I know I'd feel a lot more positive if we, the people of the UK, had someone we could aim our energy and will towards. Someone who would act as a leader of sorts, and with whom we could be a collective and powerful resilience against those who are ruthlessly destroying our very existence. We desperately need a clear direction in which we can rebel.
Sorry, but this has been building up inside me for quite some time, so you're the first one (and everyone else here, of course) I suddenly feel able to express it to. I somehow need to release this pent up anxiety, fear and frustration, so I apologise.
Stay safe and well, everyone, wherever you are.

I've tried twice to stop using Sertraline, and both times were absolute hell. Each time, I spent a few months going through a physical and mental state which I wouldn't wish on anyone. The first time, I just stopped using it, which was a big mistake! The second time, I did it by gradually reducing the dosage, and then stopping altogether. Now, I'm on the lowest dose possible, because my body and brain can't function without it.
My GP said the withdrawal shouldn't last any longer than four to six weeks, but I guess he was taking that statement from what he'd read in a book somewhere. I told him how angry and hopeless I feel about the likelihood of never being able to do without it, as I've never been dependent on any drug, ever. Stay safe and well, wherever you are.

Right then, boys and girls, it's time for the inevitable showdown!
From this day onwards, we shall ALL identify as the exact opposite to what we REALLY are. That would put an enormous spanner in the works for all authorities and government bodies who require us to state our gender, and allow us to use whichever public toilets, dressing rooms, and hospital wards we choose to.
After all, they are the ones who have made the rules, so they are the ones who will have to abide by them.
Hello, "Doris", is it that time of the month again? Never mind, old boy, maybe your "husband" will go and buy you some more hair bleach.

@deggy210310
Hi, Deggy. Thank you so much for getting back to me, and for all that information.
I'm a woman aged 71, and I wish I had known more about Sertraline before I started taking it, but I was feeling quite desperate at that time, even though I strongly disliked the idea of using any forms of medication, and have never been dependant on anything before then.
Ah well, one learns by one's mistakes, I suppose. Thanks again, and stay safe and well, wherever you are.
PS - No need to reply, if you don't want to 😊

Copy of the article on Page 53..............
History Debunked, run by Simon Webb, is a YouTube
channel with 240,000 subscribers. It publishes videos
about the perceived decline of Britain and the socalled “blackwashing” of British history.
Webb addressed the Traditional Britain Group
Christmas social in 2022, and told his followers to
vote for the English Constitution Party, a conspiracy
theorist organisation, in the local elections that year.
Webb has received funding from Andrew Conru,
the tech entrepreneur behind the Human Diversity
Foundation. Thanks to a grant, Webb wrote a book on
race science called The Equalitarian Dogma. He has
become increasingly known as a race science author,
writing for Aporia Magazine and appearing on the
podcast of Edward Dutton.
Last year, his Substack – which has 5,000 subscribers
– began to publish a number of articles about racial
differences in intelligence. In one article, he wrote:
“White people, by and large, know that black people
tend not to be as articulate and bright as they are
themselves, and simply adjust their conversation and
behaviour towards them accordingly.”
Webb’s articles assert that black people are incapable
of deferring gratification and being on time. In
another post, he writes that “black people seem to
prefer to operate in groups”, and make excessive
noise “either by shrieking and shouting or playing
loud pop music”. He has also suggested that black
people belong to a different species and asserted
that Muslims are “working from within to subvert”
the nations of Europe.

The Last of us
Whoa! Hold on there, Sherlock, you've wrongly presumed an awful lot about me...;-D
Just because I've used the real name of my country doesn't mean that I've "admitted" anything. Don't try reading what's not between the lines. Otherwise, I'll begin to think you may be one of those who choose to believe in an imaginary deity...;-D
In fact, I'm very interested in independence, not only for England, but for Ireland and every other country that is under the stranglehold of the EU.
It may surprise you that I voted for Brexit.
I agree, there's no time (or need) for petty squabbles (or gripes) about what our forefathers did, but most people find it difficult (or even impossible) to try looking outside their own little box, never mind even thinking about it.
Indeed, we don't have the luxury of time, peace, or safety and well-being anymore.
Humankind has been in a self-destruct mode for so long, that it hasn't got a clue how to put the brakes on, or where they even are.
I'm a 70 year old Irishwoman who hasn't lived in Éire since 1973, and I wouldn't wish to go back there now.
I knew this was coming, but I mistakenly believed that it wouldn't happen within my own lifetime, so it'll be interesting to see if I make it to 2030...;-)

They’re about as responsible as you could get.

@chrisclarke4541
Well, it's a practical idea, Chris. However, many of the workers would just disappear into the night, and the crime rates in those areas would rocket.
The difference between willing workers and career criminals cannot be blended into one, even though our government tries to fool us into thinking so.
It's time for civil war, and I've been ready for quite some time to partake in that, in order to oust this government and the hundreds of thousands of scum invaders they've brought into the UK.
I may be 72, but I'm still fit and able, and willing to fight for the country I've lived and worked in since 1973. I would do the same for my own country if I was still there, because every country belongs to its own people, not the governments that run them.
Stay safe and well, wherever you are, Chris.

I totally agree with you about that, Jen.

Diane Abbot is wrong about white people not being captured as slaves and put in manacles. Translation of the above Khmer comment is as follows.....
_"Inferior dogs use GPS, it infringes on my privacy
The idiots are disturbing the business of the people of UN
National work, they give it to earn income, find jobs, increase jobs, create livelihood for the people, not
Do they destroy jobs, violate citizens' rights?
The UN is our country, our people, if there are low-ranking officials, it goes up to this job.
It is a disaster for the nation and the world to drive them out of our country's government so that they do not affect our country. Spit on the Heng, the idiots, useless and useless women (I say A to play, violate human rights from the GPS system, it works to shame the country even more, the army of the past tried to change them to the next generation) Destroy the honour of the nation, the people, they destroy the Cypriot system, the secret of their ancestors, it created the destroyers of the nation"_
Can anyone here make any sense of it???

The parents are just as much to blame as the state and the whole government is. @Exanto777
Well, I hope you're right about that, although there'll be some who'll still go along with it (the ones who are still wearing masks to this day, and getting their booster jabs).
Oh yes, there'll definitely be another Convid scenario, and the media has already been building to that one. I hope I'm wrong here, but I don't think the WHO will succeed with it, and it'll be a matter of "third time lucky". The idea of that scares me because I think they'll go all out with their third attempt, like food rationing, etc, etc.
The unknown is always a bit frightening, especially when you already know that your enemy is both brutal and ruthless.
Stay safe and well, wherever you are.

1st woman to 2nd woman: "Are you happy to call women men?"
2nd woman to 1st woman: (instant retort) "Are you happy to call men women?"
This whole issue has become absolutely ridiculous, as well as far too biased towards transgenders.
Transgenders are NOT naturally the gender they have chosen to be. A man doesn't have a womb, nor does a woman have a dick. There are only TWO genders, and if you don't like the one you've been born as, don't blame it on the rest of society!!!
I have a next-door neighbour who was a woman when I met her, and is now a trans man, but I still see her as the woman that she really is. There's nothing wrong with my views on that, nor should I be forced to recognise her as a man just because she's chosen to be identified as one. There are two sides to this, both of which are more or less equal.....I choose to be seen as/I choose to see you as. No-one has (or should have) the upper hand when it comes to identity because you are as you are, whether you like it or not. Identity crisis, or what?!!?
In the long run, it doesn't matter what she sees herself as, because she's still the same person in the same body and mind, no matter what hormones or chemicals she's put into herself. Trans people CANNOT be narrowly categorised as one or the other, so they must accept that fact and realise that they are a species of their own..........by choice!!!

I've no interest in the royal family, and it's ridiculous how much gossip is going around at the moment. Since the start, with Charles' cancer and Kate's operation, I've suspected that royalty is quietly disappearing to their well-prepared bunkers, and will no longer play their role.
Yes, Andy, the silence in the politcal sphere is deafening, and the public must no longer allow themselves to be distracted by petty news coverages about celebrities, etc. I've already been preparing for what this country is going to be like by the end of this year. I hope everyone else is, too, because our survival is THE most important issue to address.

There is no such thing as a religion of peace.
All religions have a nasty side to them, to some degree or other, just as all politics have, and were created for one reason only - merely as a distraction from reality in order to control and dominate the masses. Religion is just a mask, and has very little to do with the politics behind it.
The teachings of Islam are to destroy anyone and anything that gets in the way of its world domination, therefore achieving "peace". Fear has always been the most powerful tool of humanity.
Whilst we all continue to fight between ourselves, the slimy oligarchs of our societies are quietly making sure that no-one will ever have any say about who lives and who dies.
I am a very peaceful atheist who is willing to kill anyone who threatens my life, and I don't need an imaginary deity to tell me what the difference is between right and wrong. Comparing one religion to another achieves nothing, either.
How we interpret any given scripture mainly depends on how we perceive our own world. However, the Quran doesn't leave anything to the imagination, and is very clear about its purpose.
It doesn't matter what someone's religion is or is not.
Humans will do what they want to do or need to do.
Using religion as an excuse is pathetic and childish.
Christians enjoyed fighting and killing each other when it came to Catholics versus Protestants, and so do the various Muslim factions to this day.
Americans are on par with Muslims when it comes to fanatical religion. Superiority has always been one big ego trip for both parties, and the US is just as well practiced at it as the religion of pieces. Romulus and Remus.
Civil "unrest" (aka war) has been quietly brewing in the UK and the US for some time, and the more their governments try to pile onto the public, the more likely it is to happen sooner than later.

My curiosity was alerted by the title of this video because, last year, I tried very hard to stop using Sertraline (anti-depressant) a couple of times - each time being for a period of about three or four months. The withdrawal effects were sheer hell, particularly the loud whooshing sounds in my head (described as "head zaps" by others when I did some research).
After the second attempt, I gave up, and have only managed to reduce my intake of it by milligrams.....I went from 100mg, to 50mg, and am now only using 25mg.
I know nothing about science, but I'm wondering if it may be something in the water, or maybe in the many processed foods which most of us consume. Also, there are people who can hear sounds that most others can't. It's certainly a puzzle.
I appreciate how well you've covered and presented this subject, Benn, and find you to be a very likeable person. Thank you.

@simplename8072
Oh, if only it were that simple, simple name!
".....station big ships in the Channel....."
Again, in theory, that should work. The RNLI (Royal National Lifeboat Institution) have been out there countless times, but all they do is load them onto their boats and then sail back to the UK coast to offload them and house them in 4 and 5 star hotels. As for the Royal Navy, it's too costly (and pointless, anyway) to use it.
Also, sometime within the last two years, the UK paid France something around £53 million to ensure that these dinghy people wouldn't be using their coast to set off from. That was totally wasted money. After all, the French hate the British, so I presume that money was pocketed somewhere else.
The UK needs to end its agreement with the ECHR (European Court of Human Rights), but I somehow doubt that will happen, even though there'll be empty promises made about doing so.
I'm afraid it is more a case of wishful thinking on your part, but you're far from the only one. I and millions of others here in the UK want the same, but our government has no intention of doing such. C'est la vie, mon ami!

Very well covered, UE.
Being from an "older generation", I see AI as being destructive when it comes to using our own brains, being creative, and generally losing reality. If the trend continues, we will very quickly end up with very lazy and practically non-functional minds.
Not only that, we'll have machines doing everything for us and, therefore, also become physically "disabled". Not a nice thought for the future of humankind but, hey, the younger generations think it's "so much fun"..........until, one day when they find themselves in a dire situation, they won't be able to think for themselves.

@calum1741
It was fine! A bit different from the Dublin I was used to, but a whole new world for me to explore.
I started off in bedsit-land, then to shared flats, then to my own flat. I didn't buy my first home until I was 40, but hadn't been in any rush to do so, anyway.
Too many people make the mistake of trying to "keep up with the Jones's", and worry about their appearance and status. What for? As long as you've got a roof over your head, food in the cupboard, and few good friends, nothing else matters.
As the saying goes, the less you have, the less you have to lose. Why want more than you need?

Downloading seems to be a bit of mixed bag, really. There's a downloads file on my PC, as well as on my Chrome browser.
So far, I've only ever downloaded applications for use on my PC. Apparently, once that's done, it's perfectly safe to delete the actual download file because I've already got the app installed on my PC.
**Is that correct, Leo? I ask because I've never deleted any of them yet. However, I like your suggestion of moving them all to a new documents folder named "Downloads".
Also, I'm in the habit of copying all my documents and pictures onto USBs, as well as a record of all my passwords (although I'm hoping to learn how to use Bitwarden in the new year, as well as buying an external storage box).
I like USBs because I can store very personal information on them, and remove all that from my PC in case of hacking or spying by MS.
PS - I never save passwords or my address on my PC.

Religion is politics.
Politics is religion.
Both have always gone hand in hand.
The human race will never go beyond their own narrow-minded philosophies, which will continue to be their main downfall.
Speaking from my own knowledge and experience, both the Catholic and the Islamic religions are extremely powerful and dangerous.
SIMON - Please don't confuse the Irish situation of IRA terrorism with the majority of the Catholic population. It is a political stance which dates back to the English invasion of Ireland, and cannot be labelled as a Catholic insurgence.
The trouble with labelling people by their religion, rather than by their political standing, has far too often been used as an excuse for most wars over the centuries.
People need to realise that religion creates the culture, and vice versa, as well as the politics of that culture being influenced by their religious beliefs.
It's a nasty circle of lies, deception, greed, and power.....and always will be.

Racism comes from all sides of the spectrum, including DA's. It always has, and always will.
Does anyone remember the signs placed in many areas of the UK, particularly in boarding houses?
No Blacks, No Irish (I'm Irish, and was also a close friend of Phil Lynott - may he rest in peace).
DA has shown her ignorance of history.....

Sláinte, ó bhean Éireannach 70 bliain d’aois a bhí ina cónaí i Sasana ó 1973 ... ;-)
Whilst growing up in Dublin (baile átha Cliath), we called the English "Sasanacs" (England = Sasana).
I hope all's well with you in London, and that you took part in the Freedom rallies going on there. I refused the jab, and have never even had the flu one either, so they can "Póg mo thóin" instead...;-D
Here's a little bit of useless information for you.....
You may not remember a punk band called the "Pogues", but their original name was "Pogue Mahone" for a couple of years until the English realised what it meant when translated from Gaelic, so it was censored.
I won't bore you anymore, so stay well, stay away from the media, and check out Ivermectin when you've got nothing better to do. Sláinte from Yorkshire...;-)
PS...No need to reply, as I don't expect it

AI is the very last thing we need in this world right now, because it will stop people thinking for themselves - which is a situation that has already become critical at this stage in our development.
Civilisation is not only at a standstill, whilst we slowly but surely continue to destroy ourselves, it is signing its own death warrant by using technology for its true and not-so-hidden purposes.
This whole scenario with Sam Altman is just a mere battle for power and profit, so there'll naturally be a whole load of accusations being flouted around, most of which probably hold no sound evidence, but some of which should be seriously regarded.
Anyone who chooses to use ChatGPT or anything to do with AI/AGI is diving into a rabbit hole they'll never be able to escape from. Humankind is inherently an aggressive creature, and that will inevitably be reflected through AI/AGI. The safety issue only skins the surface of a much greater threat than we have ever known.....from within ourselves.
Materialistic gain has never been as shallow as it is now, and the digital world will only make that a brutal and ruthless game, with no winners in the end. Altman and his cohorts have built a machine which they not only won't be able to control, they also forgot to fit any brakes on it.

When it comes to AI/AGI, the trial and error attitude isn't acceptable or safe, because it's already been released for public use. That, in itself, has created a back door which no-one will be able to lock.
"Trustworthy"? "Sustainable"? What makes these so-called "experts" think they could have any control over an invisible entity that is totally devoid of any form of conscience? Ah, ego?
Ethics, transparency, and consent? On whose terms? That may depend on who feeds AI and what is fed to it, as well as who swallows it. Controlling the inevitable is a pure myth, as it is unachievable.
Gender? Oof, that's a subject which could go on forever, particularly because of the current trend surrounding it. However, I would question whether AI would take that into account when it generates descriptions of "man"kind. After all, we are only its creator and, therefore, just as much a non-entity to it as it is to us. For example, those who believe in a deity of some kind have never seen it, and have no idea what it may even look like.
We are delving into the vast unknown without any knowledge of what will transpire from that process, and have already found AI to be developing far faster and greater than anyone had anticipated. "Creating guardrails to protect society and the planet" is something which should have been set up beforehand, but in hindsight.......................
You're walking down a very long corridor, with many doors to the left and to the right. Eventually, you reach the end of that corridor and find yourself facing two doors, one black and one white. Which door will you choose to open? If your life depends on that decision, it's a quandary which cannot be dismissed.

I've been wondering what "dumb mode" meant, so now I know. However, what's the advantage to having my smart meter set that way? Surely my gas and electricity usage will still be the same, no matter what kind of meter I have fitted, and charged at the same amount, whether or not the readings are sent automatically or by myself to my provider. As long as I continue to pay my bills, there's no reason why my supplies should be shut off.
Also, what sort of personal data could they possibly be using, apart from how much gas or electricity I use?
I'm 72, but I haven't yet reached the stage of being in dumb mode, I don't think, so I'm a bit puzzled by why anyone would object to the smart meters. Any response would be very much appreciated. Many thanks, and happy new year.

@inconnu4961
There's no need for you to attack me with nasty and unwarranted words.
Firstly, I wasn't "whinging" about anything, and only made a very clear statement.
Secondly, my head has never been anywhere near my backside, but maybe yours has.
Thirdly, after 72 years on this planet, I'm fully aware of how humanity enjoys wars, particularly the US.
As for your inappropriate and pathetic comparison between war and divorce, I can only imagine that you've been badly stung by the latter. Keep your aggression to yourself, as I have no interest in it, nor does anyone else.
Stay safe and well, wherever you are. Life is too short to be wasted on negativity.😉

All these brutal and destructive wars.....for what?!!?
Here we are in 2024, continually repeating the same scenarios over and over again - an endless and self-destructive route which only travels around the same circle.
If (a gigantic word) we could achieve permanent world peace (which both world wars did not), there might be some form of justification in killing and destroying so many lives.....but that never happens, because there is no such thing as a winner.
Rather than attack and destroy those who are deemed to be our enemies (often a fake label used as an excuse by the greedy and lying hierarchy), all that time, money, and energy could be spent in helping to make improvements in the third world countries that need it to become independent and self-catering. China certainly seems to be taking that step and, no, I won't get into the pros and cons involved in that.
So here we are, on the verge of a third world war which we already know will never achieve world power, and only end up making life worse for everyone. At 72, I'm ready to leave this world when my time comes, but I'd really like the world to be at peace before I do. It IS possible!!!

@SonsofThunder1234
"Religion and Politics shouldn't mix."
Maybe they shouldn't, but the fact is that they do, and always have done.
Whether politicians choose war, homosexuality, greed and dishonesty, as opposed to your imaginary deity's supposed preferences, that is neither here nor there. After all, the Catholic church is well known for its liking of little boys, lots of dosh, and plenty of false preaching. Other religions have similar practices as well.
As you said yourself, "I was born on planet earth" (as we all were), and the only creature which created religion, politics, and runs this planet happens to be human, just like ourselves. Sorry to disappoint you.
If you can't come to terms with the realities of human existence and, instead, wish to hide your head in the sands of fantasy, that's your choice. However, many wars have also been fought in the name of one religion or another, so your little god doesn't have any say in that, or in anything else for that matter. In fact, "his" name has often been used in wars and conflicts of all kinds - "It was a message from god" being the usual excuse. That makes "him" a nasty little b*gger.
Until the human race wakes up and realises that no-one else but themselves are responsible for their lives, actions and deaths, we will continue to destroy ourselves. So far, we've been doing a bloody good job of it, too.

Neil, it's a relief to hear you talk about this because, no, I'm not happy. In fact, I'm appalled and disgusted by the US warmongers, and have been so since the 1960's when I was a teenager. I vowed that I would never step foot in that country, and stuck to that stance ever since then.
The war to determine who controls the creation and delivery of information is a very valid point and, to some extent, is the crux of the whole matter of how much distraction that can create. The WHO is determined to not only restrict our rights and ability to speak our mind, it is dead set on taking it away altogether.
How long will it be before we stop moaning about the trivialities of ad-blocking, when we end up being unable to do anything online (even face-to-face) whilst the Big Brother agenda continues to unfold right under our own noses???
The technique of creating emergencies is a ploy which has always been used to create fear, because that is the most powerful tool available to those who wish to control us.

A very good statement, so I hope you don't mind if I put the Google translation of it here.....
"I would like to sincerely thank the blogger of this channel, Mr. Janssen. I have watched your channel for a long time, and I admire your courage to speak out for mainland China on YouTube. The mainstream media in the West are becoming more and more populist, and some people even I have never been to Xinjiang, let alone Xinjiang, so I can just talk nonsense about the mainland. I am a Chinese who grew up in Taiwan. I didn’t like the mainland before, but since my first trip to the mainland in 2007, I have I fell in love with it𥚃. I have been there for more than ten years since then, and I am always surprised every time I go there. I see the mainland becoming more and more progressive and open, and I feel very happy and proud of myself as a Chinese.
I have been to Xinjiang and Tibet. I have seen with my own eyes the prosperity of Xinjiang and how much the government has helped Xinjiang and the Weigur people improve their living environment and economic development. The Weigur people I have seen The faces of the tribesmen are full of happiness. Has anyone from the Western mainstream media personally visited Xinjiang? Just listen to the words of a very small number of traitors who opposed the government and fled to the United States and can you easily believe what they say?
The United States has enjoyed hegemony in the world for many years after World War II. Now seeing that China is developing well in terms of economy, technology, military, and aerospace technology, the United States is beginning to panic. Instead of self-examination, it restricts everything. Others are so ridiculous!
As for NATO, it has become the puppy of the United States, especially Germany. Without Mrs. Merkel, it is really weak! It's a pity that Nord Stream 2 was bombed by the US government in collaboration with Poland, but they didn't dare to say a word. As the saying goes, they were sold by others, and they helped them count the money. It's really funny. 😂😂😂!
In short, I would like to thank bloggers. While the media collectively dare not report the truth, there is someone like you who dares to report the truth. I sincerely appreciate that there are still media friends like you in the world."

@bongothom
Revelations was compiled and written by men who were not so much prophesising as they were confirming the full intentions of the church, particularly Catholicism. The Vatican confirms all that, if you were to look more closely at how it became so rich and powerful.
Creating a fake deity is an ages old favourite trick of those who wish to enslave and control the masses.
Just because a prophecy is written, that doesn't necessarily mean it's going to happen, or that it needs to, and certainly does not mean that us humans cannot do anything about it.
Believing in everything that we read, see, or hear is a common weakness in the human race. We need to look far deeper into ourselves before we allow the idea of an imaginary deity having control over us, but that takes courage, honesty, and determination to achieve.
The human race is its own worst enemy. It always has been and always will be......until we stop pointing the finger at anything but ourselves.
Stay safe and well, everyone, wherever you are, and face your enemies without fear.
💚🤍🧡

It's not just because they're all getting everything for free (boarding, food, money, mobiles, etc), it's because our government is following a scenario which was planned a long time ago.

Because of the mess that YT's now in, I've been blocking many channels for several months just to get them out of my space, and even some of them continue to show up! As for videos I've already watched........GO AWAY!! YT is only interested in the money, not the quality, so I also avoid opening a channel I may be curious about, just to avoid YT sending me more irrelevant/similar junk to watch. I hate to say it but, unfortunately, I've even had to resort to clicking on dislike in order to avoid being inundated with more like that. SORRY!!
I don't think it really matters what way you word your searches, because YT and many other sites are going to try shoving totally irrelevant sh!t down our throats. I'm come to the conclusion that's because it's all part of the mind-conditioning/control that's been in process for a long time. As for shorts, which I've hated since day one, I found an app which removes that choice from the home list.
I have no doubt that YT's use of AI is also significant, but a machine is only as good as its creator, no matter what the input/output may be. AI/AGI is taking over much faster and in unpredicted ways than anyone thought possible, so we've now created an invisible monster which will control our thoughts and existence far more than we would like. Dangerous!
Being able to create anything functional without interference of unwanted/unknown sources butting in, has become a challenge which very few could sustain. The pros and cons of modern technology very definitely has a two-sided aspect which, unbeknownst to many, takes away our abilities to be individuals because we are simply and only ONE entity to the machines which have been programmed to invade our spaces.
RIP to the human race.

I want to know which bank that is because, if I'm a customer of that bank, I'll boycott it immediately. Over the years (I'm 72 now), I've already closed my accounts with three different banks, i.e. Barclays, Nat West, and Abbey National, due to their atrocious services.
Banks don't like to lose customers, so if any of them do this to anyone, make sure it's publicised and that they lose a lot of custom for good.
COME ON, NIGEL, NAME THE BANK!!!

Italy and Sweden have broken the mould, and the only way the UK can follow suit is by voting for whichever right-wing party is available at the time. The Cons, Labs, and Libs must be left out, therefore breaking an age-old and outdated mindset.
Of course, that would only be the beginning of a long haul, because a new mould would then need to be created.
That's a tall order, but not impossible. However, the brainwashing tools of the existing parliament and media, although seemingly insurmountable, are something which only the public can destroy, bit by bit by bit. It's up to us, and us only.

There are many reasons why the US has continued, for decades, to hide their knowledge and discoveries of UFO's. The main reason being that they want to have/keep 100% power over what that entails.
Whether the US has actually managed to create air/space vessels which are beyond anyone else's ability, which they would naturally keep well hidden from the rest of the world, or they are getting very close to doing, they will never release any data of significance.
Don't forget, the US is a very greedy and dangerous country, and will go far beyond anything humane to achieve the ultimate power which it so craves. Releasing "some" findings to the public is just another one of their distractions from the truth.
It irks me beyond my own endurance to hear, over and over and over again, that the US is worried about their own national security. No they're not! They're more worried about other countries having better security against them! If any country is so concerned about being attacked by any outsiders, imaginary or otherwise, then they should take a very close look at themselves.
The US has no right, whatsoever, to hide any kind of information that would affect the world as a whole, because the US does not own this planet - it never has, and never will.
Whatever happens from today onwards, one thing is for sure.....Us humans are doing a very good job at destroying our planet and all life on it, so I don't think we need to worry too much about aliens when we happen to be our own worst enemy. Stay safe and well, everyone, wherever you are.

".....WOULD want him deported"? No, DO want him deported, along with all the other criminals who've been permitted to remain in the UK.
It's far too late for the government to continue trying to fool the public, whether he's been arrested or not. Public unrest and retaliation will inevitably take place very soon, as this incident is only the tip of an enormous iceberg which has been building up for many years.
The people of the UK won't take any more lies from its deceitful government, so it no longer has any control over what happens from hereon. They've blown it big time, and they'll be running for their bunkers (which is already happening, anyway) as soon as the SHTF.
Of course, the government already knows this, and that Enoch's predicted rivers of blood will flow countrywide and far afield. In fact, I'd be quite surprised if the next general election even takes place, due to the uprising which is about to take place.
Poking the bear was an extremely bad mistake, even though they tried to subdue it with poisonous jabs over the last few years. Their fear-mongering no longer works, and the anger which is now erupting will be relentless. Too late.

I hate to say this, particularly because four very young children (and an elderly man) have been seriously injured, but France deserves to get a very nasty taste of its own medicine.
Macron is a disgusting traitor, not only to his own country, but to Europe as a whole. He's an EU troll, and should be got rid of.
As for that Syrian "refugee", I wonder how many other wives and children he's left behind in various places??? He has no criminal or phychiatric records that are known of, simply because most of these immigrants aren't who they say they are!!
No grown man goes around stabbing young children just because he can't have his own way!!!
And, NO, he has no excuses whatsoever, so don't try making them for him!!!

I don't disagree with anything you've said here, but boycotting any businesses which are implementing cashless transactions will only be a temporary setback for them. The frog is already in the pot, and cash will very soon become obsolete, whether we like it or not.
At going on 73, I feel like the world I was born into has been pulled from under my feet, but neither you nor I can do anything to change what has already been set in motion. We are all at the mercy of the NWO, but there aren't enough Joes and Janes on the street who are willing to take any action to stop it. The "I'm alright, Jack" attitude is rife in our society and, in effect, most of us are being complicit with our own imprisonment.
Stay safe, stay strong, stay well, wherever you are.

Just a light-hearted scam story for you to enjoy, Andy.
The story of Mr. Bean versus Einstein.....
Einstein: I will give you a question, and you will give a question to me as well. If you can't answer my question, you will give me £1, and if I can't answer your question, I will give you £1,000.
Mr. Bean: Okay.
Einstein: (gives Mr. Bean a hard question)
Mr. Bean: (gives £1 to Einstein)
Einstein: Okay, your turn.
Mr. Bean: What is the animal that has 4 legs, and when he crosses a street he only has 2 legs, and when he goes back, he has 5 legs?
Einstein: (thinking very hard) I give up, I can't answer that. (Einstein gives Mr. Bean £1,000)
Einstein: But what animal is that, Mr. Bean?
Mr. Bean: (gives £1 to Einstein)

I've had the same problems with disappearing comments from many of the channels I subscribe to, and I know for certain that it wasn't done by the creator, but by YT. About two weeks ago, YT blocked me from commenting for 24 hours without any explanation about the exact offence - like what, where, or when; so I just had to wait it out.
Just over the last few months, there's been a massive increase in deleted comments, and that's because YT has now ensconced AI into its algorithms. It's a big problem for all users, as well as YT's determination to prevent us from using ad blockers. Of course, it's been impossible to add links to any comments for a long time now, although some oddly still manage to stay there.
As for the plague of channel creator impersonators, I ALWAYS make a point of reporting them, and would strongly advise everyone to do the same. It only takes a few seconds to do, and it instantly removes it from that page, disabling them from making any further ones as well.

Thanks, Echelon, and I'm definitely on your side about this issue.
As for AI, I totally agree with you that it's highly dangerous to let it run in an unfettered manner, without it being closely monitored and very limited as to who uses it for what. We have created an unknown monster which goes in the guise of being the saviour of humankind. Oh dear, things are not going to turn out anything like it, as it has already exceeded way beyond all expectations of it.
On the side, I find it extremely disturbing that so many people, particularly children, ENJOY playing all these destructive war games. It's not as if we didn't have more than enough of the real wars going on in the real world, but the idea of killing and maiming people doesn't seem to bother these people. What are our next generations going to turn out like? That is, if we even manage to survive that long.

Well said, David.
History is not everyone's favourite subject, especially when it tells the truth about our pasts.....

@rumchata6569
I'm 50/50 on that, because it depends on the content and reasoning of what you've got to say. I'm a strong believer in speaking my mind (I'm Irish, and I call a spade a spade), but I'm still aware of when it's appropriate to keep my mouth shut - not because of any loss it may cause to me, but as a consideration towards those I may wish to voice it.
Online, however, one doesn't really have much control over who listens to or reads your content. Therefore, one can never know what impact their views can have on countless unknowns.
The age of AI has arrived and, although some of it may be beneficial to us all in one way or another, I feel that the overall effect of it will be destructive to the human race. We need to continue being able to think for ourselves, without influence from digital media or AGI, because that is what life is all about.
Stay safe and well, wherever you are.

There has to be more to this disappearance than meets the eye, mainly because of the massive coverage which has ensued from it, which is very unusual.
Sadly, online trolls are a very nasty and unavoidable part of using the internet, unless every channel on YouTube chooses to prevent people from commenting. However, some comments may end up being helpful in some way, although maybe very few, and they also show Nicola's family that some of us truly care about her disappearance.
Someone out there definitely knows something, and may have some vital information about Nicola's mysterious disappearance. If the public are going to be inundated with so much coverage about this case, then it has every right to voice its thoughts and opinions, as long as it's beneficial in any way.

If you didn't delete it, then someone else must have. Either way, it was an inappropriate statement to make.
Yes, I agree with you that "the killing and abuse of children by the church should not be hidden behind gush about beautiful Ireland and Irish kindness", but here is not the place and time to do that. The past is the past, and this poor boy died in the present.
I grew up in Dublin and, by the time I had reached 15 or 16 years of age, I turned my back on religion and became an atheist because I couldn't bear how the Catholic church was treating its followers, both children and adults. Abuse of the boys by the priests was something, in the 1960's, which no-one had the courage to talk about.
Stay safe and well, wherever you are, John, and I wish you and your family all the best.☘

@freedomofspeech766
I thought you must be British, due to your profile image. I'm Irish (age 71) and have lived in the UK since 1973. Yes, you're wise to stay in Italy, as the UK is now on its last legs (to put it mildly).
I grew up in Dublin during the 50's and 60's. We used to rush to the kitchen every winter morning to get dressed, because it was the only warm room with a big steel range in it.
Prices here, too, are skyrocketing and many supermarket shelves are now very scarce or even empty. Many businesses have collapsed, and some people have lost their homes, so this winter is going to have a very high death toll.
As for Convid, the media's already churning out warnings and fake figures of those infected by it. I refused to have the jab, and have never had the flu one either. I told my GP that my immune system still works fine.
Anyway, I won't bore you anymore. I've enjoyed our chat, and wish you all the best for now and for the future. Patricia😊☘

Of course the population growth is slowing down - partly because of our environmental changes, but mainly because we no longer have a great need for manual labour, which has now been replaced by mechanical and technical means.
Since long before Convid was introduced, us oldies (I'm 73) were becoming a problem in the balance, due to lower birth rates and longevity. Hence, euthanasia is now a popular topic, which I have no objection to if it's used for the correct principles, e.g. illness and suffering.
However, no matter what we humans may say, do, or believe in as a whole, we are not in control of our own destiny. Why? Because we are far too greedy and selfish to have the capacity for unity. We've always enjoyed killing each other and taking what we want, without any consideration towards the long-term effects. We have wasted an enormous amount of our own resources through wars and destruction of our own world, instead of creating an environment in which we could all survive. We have the ability, but not the will.
Overall, we've made a complete mess of our world, and we only have ourselves to blame for that. We have always been our own worst enemy, and we always will be.

@johnforeman6620
Hello, John.
Yes, too many people dwell on and hang on to the past, when what they should be doing is dealing with the present.....and the future.
That goes for everything that's presently going on all over the world, and holding hatred for someone or another country because of the past is not only pointless, it's downright ignorant.
I'm sick of seeing the word "Covid" on the news and online, and am already fed up with the headlines about Afghanistan, particularly because I'm currently living in the UK.....20,000 MORE (I think those numbers are nowhere near the real ones).
I hold nothing against any religion, nor those who believe in them. We are all entitled to make our own choices, but those who try to force their ways of life and/or beliefs on others are not my friends.
Stay safe and well, wherever you are...;-)

@irenedavo3768
Terminal cancer is not something I would wish on anyone, friend or foe.
Hospice care and/or heavy doses of morphine can maybe alleviate some of the suffering and pain, but it doesn't change anything about the fact that you're slowly and painfully dying.
From my own personal point of view, I think euthanasia should be legalised, as it's a far better option, and is also a choice made by the sufferer and those closest to them. I watched my father slowly die of cancer, and I cried an awful lot more before his demise than I did afterwards. I also promised myself that, if I was ever unfortunate enough to be diagnosed with terminal cancer, I wouldn't put myself through any treatment, just to lengthen the inevitable.
May Janice now rest in peace, just as my father is.🥀🥀🥀🥀🥀

@robmontier639
Fair enough, Rob. Actually, I don't want to live energy-free at all. At 71, I need the warmth during the winter months, as well as light and hot water.
However, if everyone stopped paying their bills, the suppliers wouldn't have any choice but to reduce the costs. Their greed will get the better of them.
Anyway, stay safe, warm, and well, wherever you are.😉

I don't know the details of this one. There is no information, but for the most part political rally or protest There will be more goals in terms of money, expenses and benefits for the promoters (after all, the corrupt people and the government will eat it too) and the value of national border lines that are tied to law and power. Forced violence through government It is a way of bringing money into the country that has been used by monopolies and corruption since time immemorial. both toll fees Expenses for holding rights, travel expenses, transportation costs, taxes, product routes Product holding area, etc. and various other things. It's all about money and expenses, so I thought that if I were to investigate, I would have to follow up on how much benefit all parties received. What did they gain? (Each side usually expects their own victory and success to the point where they rarely see the losses and negative consequences that follow or happen to anything or anyone.) (Na) So I think it's probably a matter that people in the area and those involved have to solve the problem among themselves. Find out about each other's stories. Most media channels can only provide information. But if there is no mass group or people working together as a team and system, I probably won't be able to do much. Including searching for the truth in order to publish it or solve any problems, it can't be done.

@josephnulley6808
Good morning, Joseph.
Your educational experience is a prime example of how the nuns and priests instilled fear into all children from the day they started school, which continued into their adulthood via the church. Not a good start to life, is it?
As long as the Vatican exists, the world will continue to be "not a nice place" for millions of children (and adults), because that's the rule of law for Catholicism. I could easily go into a long rant about it, but I'm sure I'd only be telling you what you already know. As for any Catholics who continue to be in denial, shame on them for being so weak and pathetic.
Although we all currently have the tool to voice our knowledge and experiences of that "religion", it may not always be available to us in the near future, so use it as much as you possibly can to expose those crimes. The evidence is there for all to see, but there are too many false prophets and cowards who are willing to turn a blind eye, all in the name of power and money. That's what it always boils down to, whether it be religion or politics.
Anyway, enough of that. Stay safe and well, and remember that your life is as precious as anyone else's.💚🤍🧡☘☘☘

@wordforever117
I only asked what you think I'm wrong about, so which comment it came from doesn't matter, and if you don't have time for a discussion, then don't start one. You clearly can't back up your accusations towards me, and the wording of your comments shows how big that chip on your shoulder is.
You're very judgemental of someone you know nothing about, so don't waste your time by making false presumptions about me. You obviously enjoy criticising people for no good reason, which makes you a very sad little person.
I speak from firsthand knowledge, and not from sh!t media like the BBC, or any other for that matter. Of course, you wouldn't know that, and are just assuming things that don't exist.
As for who deals with any investigations of these crimes, I never brought that subject up, nor have I any interest in discussing the functions of law with you.
Seeing as you have so much time on your hands to go around making petty remarks about people you don't know, you can now clear off and find someone else to pick on, as I have nothing more to say to you.

I get your point, but statistics are irrelevant when it comes to crimes against children. One is too many, and any other comparisons would also be inappropriate.
Whatever "improvements" the church may now be making, it doesn't take away from the long-term abuse that's been rife within it. As for the abusers being homos, that is neither here nor there. However, celibacy is part and parcel of that particular vocation, which is an unnatural state for most people, particularly men. The irony of that is sickening.
Whether one chooses to be a priest, politician, policeman, or postman, the rules and morals are all the same when it comes to protecting children against any pervert who tries to hide behind a mask of decency.
It's a sunny day here, and I hope you're enjoying the same. Stay well.

I hoped you'd address this subject, Andy, as I'd seen Paz's cover on GBNews the other night. I've never subscribed to that channel, although I do watch it if there's a topic which interests me.
217 jabs is total BS, as that's not possible! I didn't see that particular video, but I would've called the man out on that.
It's not difficult to discern the differences between truth, lies, and pure fabrication. However, it can sometimes be difficult to determine whether someone is sincere or otherwise, and that's where the crux of the matter lies.
As individuals, we all have a choice whether or not to accept or dismiss what we hear and see. It is also a good idea to have knowledge of what all sides have to say, as it's better the devil you know than the devil you don't.

Diane Abbot is wrong about white people not being captured as slaves and put in manacles. @paultimson6674
Your second reply to me (see copy/paste of it below) was never notified to me, and it now seems to have been removed. However, I will still make a response to it on a separate comment, in case this comments is also removed. Someone didn't like what you have said in it, but it wasn't me.....

@EIRE55 well you'll soon find out you are wrong. Charles is a freemason. they serve Satan. they swear to Lucifer in the 33rd oath, Darwin's family also freemasons. even my own family are half freemasons. They believe in their god, Lucifer. IN GOD WE TRUST.
If God is made up - how does Daniel, written in 570 BC dictate all of world history? He tells you about Alexander the Great 333BC. he tells you about CHrist coming in 32AD.
He tells you an abomination will sit in Jerusalem after 1290 years? Al Aqsa Mosque. He tells you when ISRAEL will come back at the end times. and when the rapture happens in 2023.
Daniel 12 - go read it.
after 1290 years - you'll see an abomination. he who waits 1335 days-yrs will be blessed.
that takes us to 2023.
The only thing lacking is digital cash. once everyone is using that, the mark-oath is offered. If you want to buy food? you will take it.
are we closer to that? why are we now getting rid of cash?
God is real - you can believe KARL MARX who was a freemason, who frequented the East India Club.
Who tells you its the opium of the masses. But they all work for Lucifer. the power behind the throne. You will know its true at the end of this year.
Israel is 75 this year. Its day 1335.
Israel was made 1260 years after Al Aqsa Mosque.
we are in the year 5993.
there is six-seven years left on the clock.
MOSES asked God what is your name?
YHWH. YOD HEY WAW HEY.
four hebrew letters.
they found a small tablet a few years ago at a dig, on mount Ebal.
the size of a postage stamp, made of lead.
they unfolded it and it had God's name on it. YHW - that's slightly short.
YOD means HAND-work
Hey - BEHOLD to reveal
WAW - NAIL or tent peg.
God''s name means HAND and NAIL.
the bible starts out saying HAND and NAIL. from page one.
the 22 letter of hebrew is TAV, a cross. the last letter.
first and last.
You can ignore god all you like, he will not ignore YOU. he gives you a life. your job is to INVESTIGATE. you have refused that and have dug a hole.
you think God is evil? because you are taught by freemasons. Who start wars. who allow all manner of evil on earth.
God is coming to earth in this year. YOU GET PROOF in a vast quantity.
He says he wipes the slate clean. all his enemies are forgiven.
what you do from this point matters.
you now all know I AM GOD.
that's what he says at the rapture. you will see millions vanish.
you will see the dead rise out of their graves. those are TWO VAST MIRACLES. and they do nothing for you?
God will leave you to Satan. To his anti Christ. JUDAS
who is resurrected by God.
He is your future king.
a beast rises out of the sea?
three wavy lines? it has seven heads and ten horns? a beast in the bible is described as an empire. Alexander was a leopard. who ran fast across the world and conquered with speed.
so a beast , a leopard is used.
Britain uses a lion? Russia a bear? China a dragon.
God tells you this last empire has seven heads and ten horns? does anything fit? in 2023. the United Nations is too big. its 200 horns.
the Eu has 27 horns.
the G7 has seven heads and 10 horns. it owns 52 percent of the worlds wealth. is affiliated with the Eu.
why is the G7 not seven and seven?
seven leaders rule over ten nations?
Britain is not one nation, it is four countries,
so its six ordinary nations and one weird nation. so seven leaders rule ten nations.
the logo of the g7? is G7 above three wavy lines, the sea.
the sea is symbolic of political power. a murky sea, Full of corruption.
its all here in 2023. Israel is having its issues. its 75 years old. Abraham was born in 1948 BC, he entered Canaan aged 75.
so recap
its 75 yrs from Israel's birth, a last generation will see it come to pass. 70-80 yrs. psalms 90
its the year 5993. of 6000
God rests on day 7.
its day 1335 - the year of blessing.
which started in March.
YOU SOON RUN OUT OF OPTIONS.
you are not a king, or a priest. but you still can avoid hell. God gives you PROOF. GRACE is OVER.
You now have to prove to God you are a human, and not an animal? You have to die for your faith. That is the only way you reach heaven now. in 2023. Its too late at this stage to be BORN AGAIN.
You clearly know your own mind.
God offers mercy. if you take any OATHS at this stage. its bad news. the mark of leviathan is advertised. O. oo - meta.
its been advertised on every recycle bottle? it is advertised by Mark Zucker' it is advertised by MARKY MARK wahlberg.. infinite. It is in 200 tv shows of the last five years.
the MARK has been around for 3000 years. and it activates with an OATH. that comes at you from 2026.
You have three years to LEARN. To avoid HELL.
Christ says - do not offer pearls to swine?
they tread on whats holy. and turn on you - you are fortunate. I have gave you a complete warning. you have information to avoid what is coming. But you are a PIG? and pigs do not value anything.
you will mock me and God. fair enough. God forgives at the rapture. you have six years to prove your self. then God judges you on those years. If you avoid oaths you might see heaven."

@paultimson6674
Thank you for taking the time to type your very interesting and knowledgeable comment to me.
What is/was written, as well as when and by whom, can only be chosen to be believed or not, by those who read it. Many years ago, I also did some reading about the Dead Sea Scrolls, which was quite fascinating, actually.
Fear is not something I base my life on, give or take; nor do I think of any "god" as evil (or good). I think for myself, Paul, because knowledge is free to anyone who wishes to find it. As for oaths and promises, I believe that action speaks much louder than any words can.
I was recently wondering whether I'll be around in 2030 (or if I'll even want to be), but that's not a matter of my choosing. Mathematics fascinates me, too, and I've always had a very investigative mind, particularly when it comes to ancient history. The best way to find anything is to dig for it, especially when it's hidden, so I don't worry about digging holes, Paul.
There's so much more I'd like to say, but I won't.
Take care, and never be afraid.

Thanks for your reply.
I know how to uninstall it, but I'm wary of doing so in case it has any adverse affects on other functions on Windows. I'm not a tech-savvy person.
However, since my last comment, I've found a way of disabling it (via a channel called TheHowToGuy123 ). As I only followed his instructions last night, I'm not yet sure whether it's worked. Ideally, I'd like to uninstall it......IF I was sure it would be safe to do so.
Meanwhile, I've seen several reports from others who've uninstalled it, that updates are reinstalling it on their systems! It looks like MS doesn't want to give us any choices about what we don't want or need, so it's up to each individual to keep a sharp eye out for anything invasive.
Hopefully, I'll be using Linux full-time by next year. Stay safe and well, wherever you are.

They’re about as responsible as you could get.

The human race is, and always has been, its own worst enemy. Generally, we are brutal and ruthless creatures.
The fact that our governments and the pharmaceutical companies don't have any morals or conscience of any kind is bad enough, but the fact that they more or less knew what those jabs would do is not only unforgiveable, it's a downright crime against humanity as a whole.
I'm now 72, and told my GP where to stuff it when she tried to push me into having the jab. Convid was just a trial period to see how many of us would fall for it and, sadly, far too many did. 2024 and beyond will clearly show us what their real plans are, so stay safe and well, wherever you are.

Whoever made the original quotation that "ignorance is bliss" must have either been too ignorant to realise the polarity of that, or they were just being very sarcastic.
Americans seem to be so insular that they've actually imploded on themselves. No wonder the US is such a sh!thole. As for grammar, punctuation and spelling, it's not surprising that at least 50% of them don't know how to read or write properly.
The more you have, the more you have to lose, and that particularly includes morals and discipline. The US is in the throes of its own destruction, and very few of them seem to care about that, or their future, yet they're the very ones who mostly feel sorry for themselves, and claim to be the best country in the world.
We are all the masters of our own destiny and, unless we take responsibility for that, the finger-pointing will continue without any true progress. Self-defeatists only get what they deserve.

Well, my comment didn't return, so here's a copy of it.....
Exactly so. Right now, the j*** is probably salivating at the unpopular attention he's currently getting but, like I've said, he'll eventually succeed in eating himself up.
It's an unfortunate situation which Simon's having to deal with, as it's completely unwarranted and pathetic behaviour. However, vile entities like Mr Multiple Alias need to be dealt with in the same manner as he hands out, which is not in Simon's nature.
If anyone who follows this channel is in the know about tracing the source, I hope they go for it, as it would be very easy to shut down his whole system. VPN is nowhere near as anonymous as many think it is.
I feel sure that Simon has a heck of a lot of support in this, but someone needs to act on it.

Whatever you or anyone else at GB News has or has not done in their private lives, Dan, THE truth will eventually come out. However, as you and the rest of us know, social media is ruthless and brutal when it comes to being judgemental, especially when you're constantly in the public eye. It's part and parcel of the choices you've made in your life, the consequences of which can be very cruel.
I've been a regular visitor to this channel for a long time, and would be very disappointed if it disappears, simply because I like to hear as many different points of view as possible, whether I agree with them or not.
At this point in time, I take no sides until I know what the actual facts are, but wish you well in your endeavours to retain your dignity, stability, and overall standing as a public figure. In life, we often reap what we sow, and only cowards run away if they've got something to hide, so it's up to you to stand your ground and deal with the very nasty side of the human race.
Whether we like it or not, we're all part of it.

DA should learn about history before she spouts out her nonsense.....
Diane Abbot is wrong about white people not being captured as slaves and put in manacles.

@gitouttamyway7611
You're absolutely right, and I'm not disagreeing with you.
What we ALL do affects others, and I feel the same as you.
However, Simon also cares, a lot.
If he didn't, he wouldn't be sitting here talking to us about the ways, woes, and wars of the world.
His "I don't care what adults are up to" could be somewhat esoteric if the context of his statement is not included, but he only means that about inconsequential matters.
I like very much that you care, because I do too, a lot. At 70 now, I'm feeling very upset and worried that I'll soon be leaving this world (I don't fear death) knowing that the human race has been slowly but surely destroying itself.
I'm really glad that you got back to me, because it's made my day to chat with someone like you who really cares, and I just wish there were far more of us on this planet in order to prevent our own self-destruction.
I'm hoping that you're younger than me, and that your mindset will rub off on others around you. That way, there is still some hope for a better world for all.
Stay safe and well, wherever you are...;-))

Simon, as you well know, there is no single answer to anything, so no-one here should expect you to offer solutions to the questions that arise in your topics.
Just because you raise a query on any issue doesn't mean you necessarily have the answer, as it not only depends on what your own points of view are, it also depends on what your viewers' opinions are.
Therefore, expecting any individual to come up with solutions and alternatives is a pointless exercise by itself, because everything should be based on group action and agreement.
Civil war in the UK, and the US, is undoubtedly on the cards, as well as parts of Europe. France is already getting very close to one.
Preventing the cause is far greater than trying to find the cure, so we all need to take a very close look at our own government.

Yes, I understood what your thoughts were by making that comparison, and I agree with that specific point.
However, from my point of view only, Catholicism is not a healthy religion to practice, and I speak from my own experiences.
I was born (1951) and bred in Dublin, and I witnessed more than enough horrors committed by the Catholic church to make sure that I became atheist by the time I'd reached my mid-teens.
That being said, I do not judge those who choose to practice any form of religion, because that is their choice, as long as they don't try to force it upon me in any way.
I believe in peace and goodwill towards all people, and am happy to help whenever or wherever I can, and don't expect to be judged by anyone either.
Stay safe and well, wherever you are...;-)

The European slaves were treated as bad as the African slaves, except the slaves that were oarsmen where they were manacled to each other and to the oars in which they had to work. They were whipped, could not stand up even to do toilet business, so had to do it were they sat, and when the stench got too much the slavers threw buckets of sea water over them. The only escapement from this was death, and this usually occurred between 12 to 18 months.

When I first found the GBNews channel, I subscribed. After a couple of months or so, I decided to unsubscribe because it was giving too many mixed messages.
However, I still watch some of it if the topics interest me, as I think it's important to know what's being put out at all levels. As we know, all news channels are censored and closely monitored, so it's six of one and half a dozen of the other there.
As I've said before, it's better the devil you know than the devil you don't. I don't view any other news channels at all, and always take whatever I hear and see with a pinch of salt. Whether it's lies or truth coming from any direction (channel/broadcaster), it's important for us to check out what those are.
If that man really did have 200+ J's, he wouldn't be here to tell the story!

Another one-sided and rather biased comment, when history tells the truth.....
Diane Abbot is wrong about white people not being captured as slaves and put in manacles. @RosheenQuynh
I'm not the kind of person to be rude to anyone, but if I'm trying to describe someone who refuses to be identified as male or female, it's impossible to know which terms to use because it's an unknown and relatively recent fallacy.
I'm 71 years of age, a mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. I don't care what gender or non-gender anyone chooses to be, or even a combination of such. However, I do not acknowledge this crazy trend of encouraging children to question their own gender.
This world is confused enough without creating any further problems and dysfunctions within it, and there are far too many one-sided groups shouting from the rooftops about their "rights". What about the rights of those of us who live by what we know and what we see?
Everyone should be able to agree to disagree without there being a great big hullabaloo being made about it. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, especially when it is only in words, and doesn't affect anyone else directly.
Whatever anyone chooses to be is their own choice alone, and has nothing to do with either you or I, or anyone else. I would never presume to try and tell anyone how they should live their life, nor would I interfere with their decisions.
He, she, or it have always existed, and always will. Goodbye 🙂

The current system by which we all live no longer shows any consideration towards the elderly and/or vulnerable people of society, many of whom have contributed a lot of benefit to it through years of hard work and honesty. Now, the altered term of "discrimination" has overridden the true sense of what is fair and what is right. Those who deserve less tend to get more, and vice versa. It's not only a crime, it's also totally senseless.
Rights? Laws? Rules and regulations? No, because they've either been abolished or completely rewritten to suit an agenda which none of us ever had any say in; not forgetting the careful use of words manufactured to allow for many loopholes and the manipulation of those who don't know how to read between the lines, or even notice what's missing, for that matter.
Peace, quiet, and safety are things of the past, because it's much easier to turn a blind eye to the fact that our society has deteriorated into a mush of nonsensical justification of authoritarian nothingness. Gone are the days when morals and actions actually meant something, whereby one would get what one gives within their own community.

@madmick9205
I agree with what you've said, Michael, but there's a Catch 22 in that as well.
".....98% should be better supported"
Maybe so, but I wouldn't put such a high percentage on that.
".....the 2% need to (be) better identified"
They do, indeed, but this is where the parole boards are failing abysmally. It's not just a straightforward matter of someone killing someone else, and putting "murderers" all in the same basket, it has far more to do with why and how.
Without going into a lengthy list, if someone kills in self-defence or accidentally, or even without any premeditation, there is some hope in reformation. However, those who kill, literally just because they feel like it, are the ones who should never be let out.
It seems to me that the parole boards, etc, are just putting the same label on all killers, and that's so wrong.
Anyway, stay safe and well, wherever you are. Patricia.

@achintyasharma7660
And hello back to you, too!
The Irish Celts go back a very long way in time, before Britain actually became divided as England, Scotland, and Wales (the United Kingdom), so there may be some small connections somewhere along the lines in ancestry.
History was never my favourite subject at school, but there are similarities between the Irish Celts and the Scottish Celts. As far as I know, the British are a bit of a mixture between the Scandinavian Nordics, the Romans, and some French and German. The Irish do have some Spanish in them, too.
Of course, if we go back far enough, we'll all find some form of connection in our ancestry with many different races, some of which don't even exist any longer. Stay safe and well over there in India, and make sure you keep your country and your people to yourselves. Don't let anyone take it from you (especially not the US).😊☘

This was a fascinating and very informative discussion, so thank you very much for airing it.
15% is a horrificly high number.....but very profitable for the pharmaceutical companies. That's it in a nutshell.
I'm currently in the throes of withdrawal symptoms, having reduced my seven-year use of Sertraline 100mg to 50mg on 07/02/23 (2.5 weeks ago), in an attempt to eventually stop using it altogether. So far, it's been sheer hell, but I'm determined to stick at it, no matter how long it takes.
A year or so ago, I began to wonder if my long-term use of Sertraline was beginning to have detremental effects on my overall health and well-being. This worried me, because I've never been one to use medication or drugs of any kind. I'll be 72 in May, and am still fit and active.
I'm angry that my GP didn't suggest a short period of some months, with regular review visits to the surgery, or inform me of the horrendous effects of withdrawal.

In my opinion, I don't believe that what you weigh on the scales can calibrate one's state of healthy weight, because our physical make-up can vary quite a lot.
It's perfectly normal for many children to look a little chubby, and it naturally wears off as they grow and develop. In my early childhood, I was a wee bit chubby in comparison to my younger sister and my twin brother, but that disappeared by the time I reached 12 years of age. I'm now a woman of 5' 10", and weigh ten stone, which is supposedly underweight for my height. Nope.
The main problem with today's increase in real obesity is definitely caused by that person's diet, as well as lack of general exercise.
Instead of using fanciful and incorrect statistics, we only need to use our eyes to determine when someone, child or adult, is overweight. As for obesity, the parent of a child is the one responsible for their eating habits.
