He was ready to help Russia do the same but the U.S. government stopped him. Why?

  3. The U.S. always talked on both sides of their mouth. On the one hand, the U.S. AGREED on a one-China policy. On the other, it wants China out of Taiwan's affairs. And the only reason why this issue becomes such a problem now is because Taiwan now holds the world's most advanced computer chip production technology. The U.S. wants it hence they demonize China. Taiwanese are genetically Chinese Han, which belongs to China.
