Interrogate his parents 24/7 with no breaks and they will talk. Throw them in jail for aiding and abetting.

Yeah, but who cares about others' children, said his parents.

Shawn, Reminds me of the movie Die Hard where well-dressed investigators cite pre-canned scenarios they learned in school. Clueless to the real world.

The fact that he fled tells a lot. No one flees because his fiancee went missing.....unless he has something to do with her disappearance!

What do we expect his attorney to say - his exact location so the cops could arrest him?
2
@shabbykat273 LoL....his attorney has a duty to protect his client and no one else!

When you are young, blonde, and female, the entire country stops to help you. But once you become old, you must become a Karen to get any attention. Just sayin'....
2
@joled498 Media should also cover missing black women and Asian men. But no one cares about those groups in America. Again, just sayin'......

Put your ego in check. Stay away from drugs. Stay away from gambling. Live happily ever after.

@eugeniaskelley5194 It may not be against the law to interrogate with no breaks because his parents are not suspects to this murder. I know suspects often argue in court that because they were afforded no breaks during interrogation, they felt forced to confess even though they didn't commit the crime. Not so in this case. If the parents gave the cops false leads just so they could rest, the cops could follow that lead to a dead end then interrogate them endlessly again. Or they could continue the interrogation while other cops follow the leads that the parents told them.....until they arrest Brian.

@SDALLE99 Are you sure? It may not be illegal because his parents are not suspects to the murder. Read my other post.
1
@SDALLE99 Nope, not neccessarily because his parents are NOT suspects. I am quite aware that suspects often claim that because they were interrogated with no breaks, they felt forced to confess to a murder they did not commit. Not so in this case. His parents are not suspects therefore they can't claim that they were forced to confess to a murder.

@savagedadgaming9387 No, but we live under the Biden administration. Same thing!

@scarpfish Is the Democratic Party not Socialist? Is China not a Socialist country? If it quacks like a duck and waddles like a duck, it IS a duck! Too bad you are not smart enough to see the similarity.
1
@scarpfish How about you reference what law in Florida that prevents questioning non-suspects of a crime for long hours. Up until recently, there were NO LAWS in ANY jurisdiction preventing cops from endlessly questioning suspects without breaks. We are talking NON-suspects here. Does such law apply to non-suspects? Think you're so smart? Reference which law.
