  7. China has been trying to take down the US economy for years now. They attacked us Obliquely (my term) in ways that seem innocent but it completely decimated our Middle Class. It's time we have a President with a backbone to stand up to them!

  8. Why would Ukraine lower their military draft age if they did not lose so many troops? Proof that they lost troops to the tune of 500,000 or more since the war began. They have lost on the battlefield and must now use drones and paid hands to attack inside Russia.

  11. The U.S. sees this as weakness. You'll see, the U.S. will tell Ukraine to continue fighting. Why not - its not American troops that are dying! Putin won't have a choice but to finish the job, resulting in Ukraine's unconditional surrender. Then, the U.S. just cut and run and go home to make another Rambo movie portraying itself as victorious! 😆😀😄😄

Stop standing up for your greedy corporate masters!!!! I bet your tone would change if your house sat on that sink hole. Luckily, no one was hurt but many could have if a game was going on.

  16.  @pauld6967  They are just lucky this time but it could've been much worse if the kids were playing. Imagine a whole team being swallowed alive under the dirt! Sink holes like this happens VERY OFTEN all over the country ever since fracking came about (even though this may not have come from fracking but it still came from irresponsible business practice). It's just a matter of time before a lot of people will get hurt. Sounds like you don't care until it happens to you or someone you know. The idea is to raise the issue BEFORE someone gets hurt!

  17.  @LJC92from318  Let's see if I can describe my idea without using words they think are bad: I was at a pool and when I waved my hand across the water, it created little water swirls. But when I put my finger in the middle of the swirl, it dissipates. Do the same with a tornado using a device that disrplaces large volumes of air and disrupts the air swirl of the tornado. Drop that device into the center of the tornado while it's forming and still far away from population. I can't think of a more peaceful way to turn a weapon into a life-saving device.

  18.  @LJC92from318  BTW, that device doesn't need to use atomic energy. A big enough conventional device might just be enough to dissipate a tornado, especially if it's used in the early stage of formation when the tornado was still weak. Insurance companies can pay for the study to see if my idea works. And they can pay for the delivery of such a device. I am certain it won't cost as much as rebuilding entire city blocks devastated by a tornado.

  19. The same thing happened in Washington D.C. decades ago, which resulted in massive crime spree of a killing every single day there for years. The criminals that were left elected a criminal - Marion Barry, who were later caught and convicted of drug possession, corruption, and patronizing prostitutes. Chicago will look the same in a few years if not already.
