  1. Wrong! Putin does NOT want territory - he invaded Ukraine ONLY AFTER more than 20 years of begging the U.S. to not expand NATO to countries bordering Russia. All he wanted was a NEUTRAL Ukraine NOT occupied / influenced by anyone INCLUDING Russia! That was why he called it a "Special Military Operation" and not an invasion. This CIA guy sounds like he is still pushing the agenda of the U.S. Empire.
