  3. Do what cavemen did in most aspects of our life and we'd be healthy. Dudes should go hunting, fishing, or other equivalent outdoor activities to bond with other dudes. Eat mostly meat and a little vegetables but no carbs (ovens didn't exist to bake bread back then!) Sprint for exercise just like cavemen did when they ran to catch game or ran for their life from a tiger! Forget doing all the commercially fabricated modern gimmicks.

  4. That's why they can't move forward and must mooch off men....get men to do their work at school or at work. Proof: a study in Sweden of female students' school performance during Covid found that they did poorer than when they had to attend classes in person. Small wonder, they had to do their own work when online as opposed to get help from guys in person.
