  1. What most people don't understand is that an asset could quickly turn into a liability and vice versa. Example: in a market down turn, those houses you've been flipping and making money suddenly collapse by 1/3 to 1/2 in value. Now they become your liability. Same with any investment vehicles. And you can't time the market so that you can get out before the price collapses. That's what happened to most real estate investors in 2008. And it's about to happen again right now. Yet, many investors today STILL don't believe that today's housing bubble will collapse soon. Indeed, they don't even see that a bubble exist today. That is why most investors will eventually lose money.

  3. I own the Tesla Model X since 2016 and I love it. But I APPROVE ending the EV government incentives. EV's (especially Tesla) are good enough to compete in the market WITHOUT any government help. Freedom of choice!
