My theory (if these biologics didn't come from another planet): After the dinosaurs were killed by an asteroid impact 65 million years ago, some small reptiles escaped into the ocean and evolved into the guys that built UFOs. That is why they've been observed throughout history and in pre-history too (cave drawings). And UFOs have been observed to plunge into the ocean. U.S. Navy submarines have detected these objects going at 500 mph under water! 500 mph is the speed of airliners.
