  5.  @malcolmlwu  Hollywood is in the U.S., not Russia. The North Vietnamese chased us out of Vietnam in 1975 and all we could do was make Rambo movies - a fantasy of fighting back. Sure we didn't lose militarily in Vietnam - we just cut and run. 🤣🤣🤣

  6.  @beest_  If they can make it launch unbelievably fast, they have guidance systems that could make it hit U.S. ICBMs and satellites. Indeed, the Pentagon admitted that they are behind in hypersonic technology. Also, Putin wouldn't be so bold as to invade a country that the U.S. has been eyeing if he doesn't have such a weapon to counter U.S. threats.

  8. @Auschwitz Soccer Ref.  It's this white hot plasma around the missile that absorbs radar signals, thereby allowing the hypersonic missile to not be detectable. This is why you can't shoot down the hypersonic missile.

  9. @mrjim401  Sure, when you can't do it, you claim that it's not real. I am glad my beloved U.S. Air Force doesn't think that way hence is working to come with our own. We had hypersonic X-15 rocket plane way back in the 1960's. But what sets today's hypersonic missile apart is that 1) it is unmanned and 2) it can automatically take evasive action without tumbling out of control. That is what is difficult, not just the high speed per se.

We have EXPERIMENTAL ONES not ready for prime time yet. Unlike American politicians, I am a member of the U.S. Air Force and we live by the motto: Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence In All We Do We don't lie....if we don't have hypersonic missiles, we say so....so that we can get to work and build them!

  13. @Marko Tosic  Russia is NOT INTERESTED in becoming a hegemonic global empire like the U.S. Proof: Russia is working with China, Brazil, India, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Argentina, Venezuela, etc to create a new global reserve currency based on ALL strong economies of those BRICS+ countries. That means NO SINGLE COUNTRY could control global trade like the U.S. This is why the U.S. is picking fights with Russia and China. The U.S. wants total control of the entire global economy all by itself. Not so Russia. Not so China. Not so India. Not so ANY country EXCEPT the U.S. Empire.

  14. @net_graph  There is no question that we are behind the Russians in hypersonic missile and advanced rocket technology. 30 years of cutting Air Force budget to focus on fighting low-tech terror did that to us. Rather than wasting time bragging about how great we are (like most Americans do), it's best if we admit we are behind and hit the labs to catch up and surpass them.....which is exactly what my beloved U.S. Air Force is doing!

  17.  @hassanp2727  Putin is NOT interested in killing the U.S. He only wants to drive the U.S. out of Ukraine. And with weapons such as this, the U.S. wouldn't dare to stop him. All the U.S. had done was send weapons - no ground troops, no direct engagement.....not even establishing a no-fly zone with the U.S. Air Force. The U.S. only picks on primitive militaries they know the could easily win over. Sure, in an all-out war, the U.S. military will defeat Russia BUT, this is NOT an all-out war with the U.S.

  18. @@kevinp6823  Good old American arrogance again. First off, Putin HAS NO INTEREST in attacking the U.S. He invaded Ukraine TO PREVENT the U.S. from placing nukes at his border with Ukraine. The U S. REPEATEDLY said we do not rule out FIRST STRIKE. What would you do if someone told you he does not hesitate to use a gun on you, EVEN IF you are unarmed? A. Do nothing and oblige to his demands B. Go get a knife C. Get a bigger gun than he has That is what Putin is doing. Learn to read so you know what is really going on. If you refuse and continue to believe in the lies mainstream media fed you then don't cry if /when you or loved ones are drafted to fight Russia. Russia is NOT Iraq - its not going to be easy like sending gee-whiz weapons over. Heck, we couldn't win over Afghanistan, Vietnam, Iraq, etc We came in big and cool, but withdrew like a limp dick after a few years. Remember, military might alone NEVER DID guarantee war victory. Victories in BATTLES, yes....but NEVER in war. Victory in the ENTIRE war requires moral conviction. We don't have moral conviction in Ukraine...nor Afghanistan....nor Iraq.....nor Vietnam. That is why we COULD NOT defeat ANY of them!

It is determined by the civilian leaders appointed over the military which, in turn, are appointed by the people of the society in question. So if the people have no moral conviction (like you), then the military CANNOT win as demonstrated in all conflicts the U.S. had been involved in since WWII.

  22. @Rick Base  Not in Ukraine but in the possible use of nukes as a result of the war there. This is a hyoersonic anti-ballistic missile. It had already demonstrated it can knock down a satellite in orbit. That means, it could destroy U.S. ICBMs while our missiles are in flight. That is why it is such a concern right now. The U.S. can no longer demand that Russia leave Ukraine or else, because they can knock our ICBMs out of the sky.

  23. @Rick Base  BTW, Russian submarines armed with these missiles are now off both coasts of the U.S. If they detect U.S. ICBMs being launched to Russia, they will knock our missiles down while in boost phase. That means, our ICBMs will fall back down on our heads!

  26. @IMPERIAL STRATEGIES  Absolute fact! Few people realize that until SpaceX came along, the U.S. must rely on Russia to launch their assets into space (for about 10 years!) If it wasn't for Space X the U.S. would've had to launch their satellites into orbit "with a trampoline" (Putin's words 😁😁)

  29. @markobakovic627  Yep, that was why NASA had to contract with Russia to launch U.S. rockets into space for 10 years (our Space Shuttle blew up!) It wasn't until Space X came along that saved U.S. Space launch capability, which allowed NASA to not rely on Russian rockets anymore. But guess what Russia used the profits from launching U.S. assets into space for? Develop hypersonic technology (that now threatens us)! We don't have visionary leaders in America anymore. All we have are short-sighted Dumphucs running the show. As a result, we are behind. Just last week, the U.S. military had to cancel yet another test of our hypersonic missile. We don't have operational hypersonic missiles - WTF!!!!
