  1. Hype. The Russians ALREADY destroyed the airfields that were supposed to host the F-16's. They also have the most advanced integrated air defense system to track and down these F-16's. Just like all the other weapon systems sent to Ukraine - Javelins, HIMARS, Patriots, Abrams tanks, ATACMS - they ALL failed to make a dent in this war. We will soon see F-16 carcasses on display in Moscow as war trophies just like all the other Western weapons. ALL independent U.S. military analysts agree that Ukraine had already lost this war.
