@joshriver75 Nope, he is NOT sueing the government for a flawed camera. He tries to claim that his Lamborghini came like that therefore there is nothing he can do, which is not true! Even if it came like that, he can always install a muffler that would reduce the noise to an acceptable decibel. He lied!

@themadrapper101 Hmmmmm.....that's an idea - give him some Delta variant and he will show up at a hospital. Where's a bounty hunter?

America is collapsing from the inside out.
4
The American Empire is collapsing - that's what is happening!

LoL....that "conspiracy theory" label again to keep people from questioning the government. 😁🤣😅😂

I said this long before this war began: DON'T MESS WITH PUTIN!!
2
If it passed inspection, then it wouldn't exceed the noise limit. He lied - his car was modified.
2
@joshriver75 Then he needs to prove that the camera is flawed. If he can afford a $300,000 car, he can afford to prove the government wrong so that it won't happen to him again.

Remember, the U.S. took several years to take control of Iraq when it invaded in 2003.

I love sports cars too but one cannot infringe on the rights of others to enjoy peace and quiet. All stock sports cars must ALREADY pass noise regulations in order to sell here in the U.S. Sounds like his car is not stock and he is trying to weasel his way out of the ticket. If he can afford a $300,000 car, he can afford the $800 ticket.

U.S. Senator Roger Wicker suggested it first (back in Dec 2021). Google it.

@tommybingbong Bullshit excuse. ALL cars sold in the US MUST meet noise regulations in order to be sold here. If they don't, that means that Lamborghini was MODIFIED to sound louder than the stock mufflers. That could EASILY be proven in court.
1
@tommybingbong In what state? It is NOT illegal in California as long as the resulting noise does not exceed 95 db. I suspect that is the same in other states. Nobody should care what you do with your car as long as it doesn't infringe on others'rights. Loud noise (beyond 95 db) infringes on others' rights. Now, if that Lamborghini driver can prove that his car produces less than 95 db, then he is free from that ticket. It's THAT simple!
1
@tommybingbong Nope, he bought here but modified the muffler to make it sound louder. If it's louder than 95db, then that ticket stands. If he can prove that it comes like that, then he can sue Lamborghini for selling a car that does not meet noise regulation and Lamborghini must pay his ticket AND time lost from work to take care of this ticket.

1

Ok, so all corrupt authorities have to do is claim that their wrongdoing was just a conspiracy theory and it gets deleted. Genius!
