Very stupid act to brush your hand against someone's car as they drove by - they think you just keyed their car! At the very least, that would cause an angry verbal exchange. Why provoke anger?

@BoDiddlydodah No need to understand - that is THEIR problem! Are you expected to understand why your car doesn't run? That's your mechanic's job! Millions of patients were unjustly denied care and they died EVEN THOUGH they did their part in paying premiums for decades! That is all I need to know. Apparently, the VAST MAJORITY of commenters know and that is why I don't see anyone sided with the CEO except you!
