It's about time there is a real person who's not afraid to be true to himself. A breath of fresh air from today's egotistical pretenses out there.

During the last 30 years, China had brought 800 million of their citizens out of poverty. In the same time period, the U.S. government brought 80% of its citizens INTO poverty. That is why the U.S. is collapsing from the inside out.

This next economic downturn will humble a lot of people. In the Great Recession of 2008, I personally met a couple of CEOs who had to deliver Pizzas to make ends meet. I met many former millionaires who lost it all. Robert Kiosaki of Rich Dad fame also said money makes you feel smart which blinds you into making mistakes.

According to the World Bank: In 1981, 88% of China lived under the poverty line. Today, .7% are poor in China - less than 1%! What happened to the U.S. during the same time frame?

"You're not the crazy one - the world is crazy." Very true!

If U.S. consumers have so much money to spend, then why do they owe $1.3 TRILLION in credit card debt? They keep spending alright - ON CREDIT CARDS they can't pay off!
46
Sanctions, what sanctions? According to the WEST'S OWN World Bank, Russia is now the 4th Largest Economy in the World in terms of GDP PPP. Look it up!

It looks grown up now. I think many older folks will buy it. The clean lines of the interior reminds me of today's Mazda. Great job, Honda!

The only other time in American history when there were this many homeless was during the Great Depression in the 1930's.
22
Let's not forget that Airbnb stock went from $220 a share in 2021 to $93 now. Brutal!

Only 5% drop in the U.S.? That's average. Some regions will see 30% drop or more. The higher it went beyond local salary, the steeper the drop. In some areas such as Southern California, the median price of a house is now 10 times the median household income. How could that not collapse.....unless some other forces keep propping it up such as corporate buyers, foreign buyers, etc.
12
Duong, this is your best video yet - very insightful and informative, not to mention exciting by the way you deliver it!
11
Sustainable home prices must jive with the local salary. So, unless there is another force that keeps inflating it (such as foreign buyers, corporate buyers, extreme low mortgage interests, etc), prices will ALWAYS fall back to local salary levels.

"Mickey Mouse Job" - haha...I love that description!

This was how the Roman Empire looked before it collapsed.

I suspect that home equity line is what made so many people not work in the last couple years. Many long time residents of California bought their home decades ago (or their parents handed the home down to them) when it was $200k to $300k. In the last 2 years, their home went up to $1 million or more. So, they just use it as an ATM machine. One guy I know took advantage of a new law in California that allows people to convert their garage into rental units. He converted his elderly father's garage into 2 units and charge $2,500 each. That is $5,000 in income each month for not working. Some people are so lucky!

Here's an idea: Local governments and banks/Credit Unions institute programs to help people purchase robots / ai that will earn income for them. Example: say, an automaker wants to put a manufacturing plant in a town. The local government would give that manufacturer tax breaks if they allow locals to purchase say, 30% of their robots and earn profits from those robots. Local banks / credit unions lend money at low interests for people to purchase the robots. Voila - no need for jobs,! And those robot owners could buy more robots from different industries to make more money! For instance, they can purchase a robotaxi and put that to work for them. And/or purchase a housekeeping robot and put that thing to work. Historically, those who own the means of production (i.e. corporations) make all the money. By allowing the people to also own some of the means of production, they can partake in the wealth of society. No need for government handouts! No unemployment problems!
6
Bringing back manufacturing is good for America.

By definition, a government's job is to govern, i.e. referee the game to make sure its fair. It is NOT fair for someone earning $180,000 a year or more somewhere else to compete with locals that only make $55k a year. Solution: tax NON-local renters / buyers then use that tax revenue to offset the cost for those who earn local salary. That way, landlords STILL make more money YET locals could STILL afford a home. No need to use Socialist solutions such as rent control, government housing, etc. Problem solved!

You think that's bad? Get this: Did you know that if a squatter stays in your house for a long time, say, 15 to 20 years or longer, he could LEGALLY take your house! This happened to many people back in the late 1970's when they bought land in Florida to build a house on when they retire years later. When that day came, they went to look at their land only to find out someone had built a house on it (or put a shack on it) and claimed its their property. And since they were there for so long, all the neighbors around them acknoledge that they have lived there that long. So the law sided with the squatter and the real owner had paid for the land all that time for nothing. Property laws in this country must change. If you have the legal paperwork that proves you own the property, then it should not matter how long someone else occupy that land.

Regarding government workers, while corporate workers have been raking in all the money these last 10 years, government workers salaries are set by law (not profits). That is why most people do not want yo take government jobs because they pay too little. But when these corporate workers get laid off, all of a sudden, they are envious of government workers. You can't have your cake and eat it too - if you make a lot of money right out of school then you can expect to be laid off when the economy goes south. If you make peanuts right out of school by working for the government, then you can expect to have continued employment even through a bad economy. There is no free lunch in America!
5
Yet, Southern California has not seen any price drops or increase in inventory.....EVEN THOUGH the median price of a house here is more than 10 times the median household salary. Why do you think that is so?
5
Remote work is what cause even more homelessness (the other causes being foreign buyers, flipping homes, and corporate buyers). How so? Let's say you are a high-tech worker from Silicon Valley who gets paid $150,000 per year. Your company allows you to remote work so you move to a small town where the median salary is only $55k. You buy a house there so the price of homes increase in price beyond affordability for the average Joe there. Soon more high-tech workers move in, which Jacks up all home prices, including low priced homes. Those in the low income could no longer afford to buy or rent. Some will end up homeless.

Clearly, the West is trying to take down China hence the negative news. The goal is to convince the world to de-couple from China so that the second largest economy in the world cannot become the first.

Jason, what is even worse about U.S. military spending is that most of that $781 billion went to weapons makers, not the soldiers that fight and die for the Imperialists. Each year, these soldiers get about 2 percent or less raise. Even when inflation was low, over time, their earning power becomes less and less. So you are right, they buy bombs with that money, not even take care of their own soldiers. American Imperialists screw everybody - people in other countries, their own citizens, and their own soldiers.

Whooaat? No sirens blaring? No thugs robbing you? No homeless tents? Must be CGI. Not!

I love Mazda but so long as they are FWD, they can never be taken as serious enthusiasts' cars. That is why I can't wait until the RWD Mazda 6 comes out.

The days of U.S. dominance is coming to a close. A multi-polar world is emerging. Cooperation, not dominance is the new reality. Those who refuse to play ball, will be benched!

The world is not completely upside down - only the us.

Is it me or do these two men look like brothers?

If mortgage rates drop, housing prices will continue to rise, which will force more people out into the streets. Many cities are already collapsing due to the homeless problem. Hence, the Feds cannot do that even if they want to.

I got news for everyone....and Kobe Bryant said it best: "It ain't about you!" We were all misled to believe in individualism - everything for me, me, me! That is why we are not fulfilled. As Physicist and Consciousness Researcher, Tom Campbell said, we are part of the Larger Consciousness System (LCS). Our job is to raise the quality of our consciousness so that the LCS can collectively raise its level of consciousness. Pull up Tom Campbell's "My Big TOE" (Theory of Everything) to learn indepth of how he arrived at this conclusion.

@AlliandRico I gave it a lot of thoughts. I can't wait until the Tesla Robotaxi comes out so I can test this idea.

They are already deleting posts on YT here in America. So what's the difference?

Your son is so cute I just want to plant a kiss right in the middle of his little face!

According to ALL realtors, the best time to buy is always now. That is always true.....FOR THEM as a realtor. Never for their clients. Buy hey, they gotta eat too! Better for you to overspend and go hungry than for them.

Nobody cares about you because they are struggling through their problems just like you, might even be worse!

I served 20 years in the U.S. Air Force and believe it or not, I actually agree with you on cutting military spending. You suggested cutting 20% but I believe they can cut it by 50%. Even if we cut it by that much, the U.S. military STILL spends almost twice higher than the next biggest-spending military - China's. We can start by cutting all OFFENSIVE weapons such as nuclear powered aircraft carriers (which can travel around the globe without refueling and strong-arm other countries). Next on the chopping block would be the 700 U.S. military installations around the world. Again, they are there to strong-arm those countries, not to protect them. Thirdly, get rid of over 300 biolabs all over the world that make bioweapons such as Covid19 and disguise them as peaceful research. I am all for DEFENSE of the U.S. but not OFFENSE on the world. The U.S. needs to stop being a dick!

In the second woman case, the reason why her date asked her who he is in competition with is because he thinks she is very attractive and that she must have a lot of guys after her. But she can't say "no one" because that would mean no one wants her so she had to come up with a more clever comeback that he's competing with her. In other words, both parties are not confident in their own worth. Being a man, I know a lot of guys assume that a pretty girl must have a lot of boyfriends and bedroom experience. That is not necessarily true. And I know women will never admit that they have no one chasing after them because that would mean they are ugly - no one would ever admit that! So, asking them such questions puts them on the spot and the result is an awkward answer.

Simple solution to the driverless taxi accident in San Fracisco: Driverless car company sends fire stations and police stations transponder to be placed in every one of their vehicles that will automatically turn on when siren is on. The transponder broadcasts emergency vehicle position, direction, speed to all driverless cars in the area. Driverless cars know to avoid emergency vehicle(s). Problem solved!

I visited San Jose about 10 years ago and even though not as many stores were closed then as there are now but it was still a dead city, especially after 5pm.

Do you want to know the truth of what happened? Whenever housing prices are beyond the median local salary, a number of people will become homeless. This was what happened during the Great Depression of the 1930's. We are in another Depression now. Enjoy!

Next thing we know, the Western media will claim that you are funded by UFO aliens.

@MichaelBordenaro Perhaps you could use your influence along with others such as Dan of I Aleged to push for such tax laws in every municipality. We need a fair and just way to end housing unaffordability yet still preserve Free Market Capitalism.

Yet, California is the richest state in the nation. In fact, California ranks the 5th largest economy IN THE WORLD! Heck, the U.S. at large has the biggest economy in the world, yet the majority of its ordinary citizens are poor. They don't appear poor because they buy everything on credit...to the tune of over $1 trillion of credit card debt. Here's to a collapsing empire!

How much will this plane cost?
1
@PilotBlogDenys Based on its performance, my guess is that it will probably be priced comparable to the Cirrus Vision Jet - around $2 mil.

Whooaat....no fat cops around beating up black people? No thugs beating up Asians? No shootings? Must be staged. And this white guy doing the video must be a Chinese Communist in a Caucasian mask. Surely, this can't be true!

If they ban you, that proves you are telling the truth. They can't handle the truth!

The thing about lies is that it just delays the bad news while the bad news grows bigger until it blows up more devastatingly than it would have.
