  36. He didn't kill himself. Courtney had a PI looking for him that Easter weekend. She didn't realize that he was a very good PI and wasn't star struck when meeting her. To be honest he had no clue who she was nor who Kurt was . She had Dylan wrapped around her finger because she bought him all of his drugs so he'd do anything for her, even kill his best friend. Courtney never mentioned that the room above the garage was kurts favorite room. That would be the first place I'd say he might be. Courtney never went to go look for Kurt when nobody could find him because she knew where he was and she knew he was dead. Courtney was in a hotel room with a handful of people getting high while everyone was looking for Kurt. She was suppose to be detoxing in the hotel room. Kurt told Courtney that he wanted a divorce and she didn't want to. She knew she wouldn't have a lot of money. The suicide note was forged by Courtney, they had it looked at by a hand writing analysis. When they did a toxicology on Kurt he had enough heron in his system to kill 3 people, there'd be no way he was able to think straight with that much drugs in his system to pick up a shot gun and kill himself.
