First of all he shouldn't have parked in a handicap if he's not handicapped. But to shove a guy so hard he falls to the ground because he's talking to your girlfriend about you doing something illegal isn't right. The guy had a chip on his shoulder thinking don't tell me what to do, I don't have to follow the law. But to shoot him I'm not sure that's justified. I'd have to be in that situation.
