  1. He is a bad guy. You can't get mad and hit customers. He's trying to act like a bully. I get you have to eat at McDonald's to park there but what if you have to run to a store next door then you're going to get something to eat. They shouldn't tow you for that. To be towed off within 3 minutes of you parking there is ridiculous.
