For normal Americans that perjury would be a felony and be an arrestable offense. How about failing to obey the immigration laws? Mayorkas failed to obey our immigration laws on the books. Clearly, Mayorkas is also in violation of his Oath of Office ( If he even took an Oath of Office for that position he's in) The point is: You can't knowingly cause this much damage to our Country and feign ignorance like Mayorkas has done
