  3. This is why we have a Bureaucratic Swamp in our Federal Government. These Judges should not be appointed by the politicians. The American people should vote them into Office and their terms should be no more than 8 years before they have to run again against another contender. No more Yes or No votes for retention either. Our Government has been compromised by a bunch of soldout, Bureaucratic SWAMP that damages our country morally and economically.
