The Doctors are unable to police their own ranks now. They're all afraid of the AMA, CDC and NIH. Of course they must think their Bosses will provide for them and their families if Fauci and his colleagues release another engineered mutant from their labs. Americans paid for all those DUMBS and continuity of Government fallout shelters. Americans used to have fall out shelters back in the 50s but not anymore. The Russians have them for their people.
