  24. Name one current American politician as intelligent as either Putin or Lavrov. They both speak English with proficiency , have command of world history and do lengthy interviews with the press. They’re not afraid to converse because they are in command of themselves and their thoughts. Who from the United States would dare debate either of them on Ukraine or any other topic of discussion ? Nobody can and they’d lose if they tried. Am I glorifying Putin ? No I’m acknowledging facts but that’s not in vogue at the moment .
