  1. 1. We do not yet understand the complete genetic mechanisms of intelligence. 2. At the present time, we have no way of influencing inheritance in sexual meiosis. This may change in the future. 3. Genetics is nothing without optimized environment. We have “silent geniuses” lurking among us who can never realize their talents because of bad luck, while we also have morons and simpletons in positions to influence the future who got there via the Peter Principle.
