President Trump is a living testament to this. You can lose the popular vote nationwide and still win via electoral college votes, which is exactly what the writers of the constitution envisioned.

  2. Sandy Lee Most of the properties in NYC are foreign owned now. The 13th tribe used to be in on it but has been edged out over the past two decades by fresh off the plane Arab and Chinese investors. I get where you are coming from but times are not what they used to be.
